Then I call back...again answer the phone instead of having an automated system put me on hold for nearly 14 minutes, then I hear "your call cannot be transferred please try your call again later" & disconnected. Let's not forget to mention the repeated automated message that goes on & on about their standard of care & exceptional service blah blah blah I have other things to do besides being put on hold for 14 minutes just to be disconnected. Showed up to rent a car as soon as they opened up. Asked me if I had a reservation which I didn't. had plenty of cars. Manager told me all those cars are spoken for and they will show up at 10... 12 came around and it was closing time all those cars was still there. I only needed one for the weekend. If I could give this place a zero rating I would. The store manager Trey is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. Due to the recent hail storm many people are in need of a rental. I called the store on Wednesday morning the 5th of July and spoke to a male at the store but cannot remember his name. I tried to get a rental and was told that they currently did not have any available which was fine. He told me that he would schedule me for an appointment for a Friday 7 July at 11 am. I asked if he could check any of the other locations and he told me that I could check with Altus or Duncan. I said ok so would check their locations. He asked if I would like for him to still set the appointment up for 11 am on Friday and I said yes of course. Long story short the other locations did not have any cars available either so I waited until Friday at 11. I showed up a few minutes early and spoke with an agent who later was determined to be the store manager Trey. I told him that I had an appointment at 11 am and gave him my name. He looked it up in the system and didn't see my name for the store but said that the reservation was for Altus. I explained to him that I spoke with someone at the store on Wednesday morning and they scheduled an appointment for this store at 11 am. I know for a fact that I spoke a agent at the Cache location for which he basically called me a liar and that no one scheduled a 11 am appointment. I told him that this was bullshit and wanted to talk to the manager right now. He said I am the manager. I again began to tell him that this is fucking bullshit and that somebody in this store told me over the phone they would have a vehicle ready for 11 am on Friday the 7th of July. He then asked to leave the store and that he was not going to allow me to cuss and yell at him. I told him that I would not peace and he began to threaten to call the cops for which I told him go ahead call the cops I don't fucking care. During May of the past two years, I have rented a premium SUV through Enterprise in Lawton, OK. The process has been an easy one due to the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. I originally tried to book a vehicle through apps online. I found the apps confusing and went into Enterprise merely to ask some questions, but the staff was so eager to assist me that I booked in personal instead. I have been pleased with the vehicles I have rented and have received prompt attention when I have called in with an issue, such as Sirius not working. Manager Shawana Montgomery has been especially welcoming, enjoyable, and resourceful. I have been impressed by her work ethic when I have gone into the Enterprise office. She appears to be a very "hands on" manager and does not hesitate to do whatever is necessary to keep the agency's business flowing smoothly... including cleaning the vehicles herself. Shawana remembered me this year when I went in, and I consider her a friend rather than merely an agent of Enterprise. Shawana always has a smile, is upbeat, and exudes a "can do" attitude, which is positive and reassuring. Recently I visited with a relative in a major metropolitan area who has recently reserved a rental vehicle. Her experience was not at all like mine. We have a a recall on mini van we are renting and after 45 mins of getting tossed around on the phone they finally agreed to bring us a van since we are here for work and are pulling some 12+ hour days 7days a week. They said they would text us som info a week later, after nothing further was done, i get a text saying it's a safety recall from some guy Named Steve staying we need to bring the van in. I told him we need hm to bring the van to us as my company travel agent said they would do. Did i mention this is over $3k in rental and we have vans rented as if this message all over the US, but this guy can't drive the three miles from his air conditioned office to swap our cans for a safety issue. When i called him out on that his only response was " i can't do that but i have told you about the safety issue" basically shoulda said "8 have no costumer service skills sorry your shoots out of luck. read more

I reserved a car nearly 3wks in advance because I wanted a specific model. I didn't get that model, and I know I could have because my mother does the same thing, and every time, she gets the car she asks for. The car I got had been wrecked. Poor customer service. Extremely rude staff. Didn't have the car I reserved. Reserved intermediate car, they gave me a pickup!

It was second times my car was not ready for picked up and delayed from near an hour to hours due to lacking the car even if I did online reservations and called as a reminder. But it was understandable it may be happened. The most disturbing thing that may only happens to me was the rude, mean, mad attitude toward to me when I walk passed by the work shop when a employee was cleaning the car for unknown reasons. It was the first time I have seen such employee at Enterprise. My overall experience with Enterprise has been good so far. My father's car has been in the shop for a few days and we have been driving him to work. So we got our insurance to pay for the rental car. He called them and gave them all his information. So he and I start heading over there a little after around 12 pm. and we call along the way and they tell us that they do not have any cars on the lot so come back at 4 pm. So I head back home and wait. He calls them around 4:15 and they tell him he's not in the system for a car so he asks for a manager and they tell him just to come in they have a car (this all takes about 25 minutes). He has an employee drop him off at the lot around 5 pm. and when he gets there they tell him he's at the wrong lot and the other one is already closed. They tell him he will just have to come back tomorrow and proceed to have him stand outside where I now have to drive and pick him up. So not only did they mess up but they closed a store 30 minutes early and made him leave and wait outside. He is a store manager of a big business and is very busy around this time so to treat someone who works so hard to better the community in this manner is unacceptable and us and our friends will never use this car company again. I rented online months in advance for vacation. On arrival they did not have a car that I reserved. I rented "asked for" a standard vehicle. The only one they offered was a huge van or a small compact car. I left with the compact (Nissan note) with the understanding I would return the next day (I had to leave this day for vacation) and do a switch out to a standard. When I arrived the next day I was told there still weren't any standard cars and none they could upgrade me to. I ended up in a Nissan Sentra and had to take it since I was leaving town. Needless to say I'm not happy with their service. The young lady that helped me was new and she was nice however she didn't receive much assistance from co workers and I was treated unjustly in the process. The car was clean and nice however it isn't what I paid for and it was fairly small for the trip with four people. I don't feel I should have to return over and over to get a car that is suitable for my needs when I had reserved online in advance. read more
