After I returned the car and left a positive review they lied to me. Charged me for hail damage even though the rental car was not anywhere near the area of hail on the days April 25 and 26th in question. I checked the car for dings and saw nothing. They have toll receipts showing the car was in Texas not Lawton. Asked them if I could come back to the business and have them point out this damage. At this point they back tracked and said well it was a minor insignificant spot that may not have been when I returned the car. However they still pursued a claim against me after they said they would not. They also failed to have someone there during posted business hours when I returned the car and claimed I turned in the car hours later than I did. This enterprise location is horrible. I will never use them again. They will lie to you. You're making a terrible mistake if you use their services. Manager Ashley is a liar. Would leave a negative Star review if possible read more

I never have any problems with Enterprise. I rent with them for work all the time. They are consistent with the cleanliness of their cars and there's always new models. I gave them 4 stars because when I schedule a personal rental instead of one with my company backing it, there's a noticeable difference in the service - at all the locations I've rented from. When my company is listed, it's gold star service. When it's just under my name, they act like they are doing me a BIG favor by allowing me to take the car. It's pretty annoying - especially when I'm paying more to rent the same car than my company does. read more

We have only used this Enterprise location one time, but it deserves a great review from our experience! We booked online through the company I work for. Got a decent discount and the counter is located inside the Lawton airport, so that was a plus. We were out there for a week for a wedding. We were told online that we had to return the car after 10am because the desk was not open until then, however we found out at the desk (in person) that they are there much earlier than that. So if you are booking online, keep that in mind. Check out was super easy and we walked out to the lot and found our mid-sized sedan easily and quickly. The car was clean and in great condition too. We used the car for a day and a half and just before the wedding as we were dressing and getting ready to go send her down the aisle, we noticed that a tire had a bubble in it! I sent a text to branch manager Ashley, who had sent us a text earlier welcoming us. She immediately called us back and within 20 minutes we had a new (and upgraded) car delivered to our VRBO!! Now that is AMAZING Customer Service!! It gave a stressed Father of the Bride much peace of mind. Thank you Enterprise for coming to our rescue and making, what could have been a disaster, a stress-free and worry-free wedding week! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! This is honestly one of THE best Enterprise Rent-A-Car out there. I have to specifically give a shout out to the Lawton-Fort Sill Regional Airport Enterprise team, specifically Chester, Ashley, and Daniella. After a miserable flight with long delays from American Airlines, I was so scared that I wouldn't be able to pick up my car rental. Our flight came in around 12:30am and low and behold, Chester and Ashley were behind the desk waiting for us. I made sure that due to my delayed flights, I kept calling the Enterprise team and every single time, Chester made sure that they would be there for us. I was honestly so scared of missing the Army's BCT graduation and with the help of the Lawton-Fort Sill Regional Airport Enterprise team, I was able to make it there. Now onto with a few words of advice that I got from Chester before arrival. Make sure to (1) book your reservation ahead of time, and (2) when you get off the plane to go straight to the Enterprise table. He was right with both points. When I came there, I ran straight to the Enterprise table to get my car. I was the fifth person in line. There were 18 other families there picking up their rental and if I waited to pick up my luggage, I would have stood in that Enterprise pick up line for the longest time. After I got my key to the car rental, I went back to pick up my luggage. Let me tell you- they were faster at giving me my rental than to wait for the luggage. Also, booking your reservation ahead of time was super important. I had someone run ahead of me to the Enterprise desk and because they didn't have a reservation, they had to be bumped out of line and wait to see if anyone else didn't arrive to pick up their rental. So please, please, please book your reservation ahead of time. Especially if you already know you're going to need it. Dropping off my car after hours (5:00am) was super easy. I parked my car in the return car rental lot and dropped my key and paper off. There are two drop off locations. The first is outside in the car rental lot. It's at a white pole look-a-like in the rental car lot as you're walking towards the airport. The second way is to go back to the Enterprise table where they gave you the rental keys and there's a white box on the right side of the Enterprise counter. Be sure that if you're dropping it off "after hours" (during non-main hours), to put your key and paper there. One last time for the shout out to Chester, Ashley, and Daniella. All of you are SO friendly, SO accommodating, and SO wonderful. If you're traveling here for the Army's BCT graduation, definitely rent from Enterprise. This review is based on principles. I rented a car through my company. Per the usual guidelines bring it back and make sure it's full. Well apparently with the new machines they have full isn't full. I was charged $2.36 for half a gallon of gas. The reason being was that I may have returned it full but I didn't return it as full as they gave it to me. When I called to ask how to dispute the charges I was rudely told "fine I'll refund you the $2.36". read more

Heather at enterprise made our visit the best start to the worst flight and nightmare. My flight was delayed from Virginia to Texas and I received a call from enterprise at 5PM, they ask me to keep them updated and that they will stay 2 hours after closing time (10:30PM). When my wife and I arrived in Texas after running from Terminal A to E in 15 minutes our second flight was delayed 1 hr. ( from 9:15PM - 10:15PM ) , then the delay got longer (11PM). I called and told Heather at the Lawton-Ft Sill Enterprise our flight is delayed and we will be arriving right at the end of the two hour window (12:30 am) and I would call as soon as we landed. She agreed to wait. Our plane landed right at 12:17 AM and I called and said we have landed. Not being familiar with the airport I did not realize we needed to exit the plane on small ramp outside. But Due to the Lightening, Rain, and Tornado warnings we were stuck in the jet for two hours at the airport. wondering if we would get a Rental car, and if not how will I get to the hotel? But when I entered the terminal and made my way out there was Heather To greet us with a smile saying I am glad you made it in safely. I had originally rented from a competitor, when I arrived they told me there were no cars. Lashane at enterprise overheard this and most likely saw my frustration and came to the rescue! She took care of me with a better car at a better price and made for a better day. I can't say enough about the power of good people. Worst customer service ever! If I could give them 0 star I would. Can't remember the representative that helped me; I think her name was Shiniqua but basically, she told me I needed a government credit regardless of me being on active military order and showing her my DD-214 so instead of telling me I needed another specific DD form, she gave me double my original rate that was originally reserved through the 800 enterprise line. Better Business Bureau and District Attorney's office..here I go! Wouldn't want this to happen to anybody else. Rent from National, Hertz, or Avis. They are friendly, honest, and knowledgable. I had great services here got to the airport small one and its right there right when you get thru to baggage claim the car rental desks are right in front! So cant miss it and I had the last flight they do close 9:30pm so I was afraid I get there and they will be close cuz my flight came in at 9:25pm but I spoke with shawana before and she said if you have your reservation they will a wait and they did Shawana help me shes great she told me the four door sedans were out....I thought great.....but she had a four door big truck for me and my family so i was okay with that at least they had a back up plan !.. oh! She mentioned it was a new truck just picked up from a dealer in ok city she was just taking the plastic out so I loved that new car yes please! She told me No Extra Cost she said I did Not have to fill up gas because it was already less than half a tank she also mentioned if I liked the truck I can keep it for No Extra Cost same rate ! So it fit everyone and my soldier perfectly ! Overall my experience was okay. Nice car!! I did not appreciate that upon returning the car I was asked to walk back out to the parking lot & retrieve the mileage. I have never been asked to do that. The agents in my past experiences with car rental have always gone out, checked the car and gotten the mileage & gas info. Not sure if it had anything to do with it being a small airport. read more
