My experience with this particular Enterprise location was perfection. Enterprise, in general, has always been my go-to for car rentals. The fact that they pick you up and drop you off puts them miles apart from their competitors. We were picked up at the house we were renting, which happened to be 20 minutes from their office and it was not a problem. As we were driving, I casually mentioned that the car was a manual, and the Enterprise representative (I can't recall his name, sadly) said that they'd work hard to get me an automatic when we got to the lot. When we walked into the office, every single representative was all smiles and so willing to offer assistance. In fact, one of the women working was right on finding an automatic car for us. They were able to upgrade us for a very minimal charge of £5. We were quickly on our way and the car was super fun to drive and we had zero problems. When we returned the car, the same rep drove us to the train station and took the long way so we could see the canal. This particular Enterprise location was just wonderful, but all of my experiences with Enterprise have been top notch. Avoid Hertz and all the others.
