We placed a reservation over a month ago for a 7-passenger vehicle. Today, we tried to make a change to the p ick up time and were unable to do so online. We went into the store and were told that they cancelled our reservation last week, because they didn't have the vehicle. When it was pointed out that they had they actively had the vehicle on the lot, they said they were already rented. We received no notification and if we hadn't needed to update the pick up time we wouldn't have known until it was a full-blown emergency on the day of pick-up. I called customer service while in the waiting areas and the two young women working glared at me the entire time. We are still in the process of reconciling this issue, but service at the Marion location is far from acceptable. read more

I went to the Marion, Iniana location, to be greeted at the aervice desk as if my wife and I's visit was a inconvenience. Service rep was very unprofessional, rude . Cars all over the lot, but said none were available for 5 days. Refused to check other locations. I will not recomend this company to no one. I have rented from here once before. I rented again two days ago. Customer service was friendly and efficient. However, in the rush of getting home from out of town and having friends arrive from out of state, I left my suitcase in the trunk. I didn't miss it until this morning. I drive to the office and my suitcase was right where I had left it. All of the employees of this location provide great customer service. read more

I have rented from this agency several times in the past. Twice for a replacement vehicle while mine was being repaired and most recently we rented a Chrysler Grand Caravan for a mini vacation with the daughter, son-in-law and two grand daughters. Each time the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The vehicles have always been clean, mechanically sound, free from litter and odor. They have always been extremely diligent in making sure that I had the vehicle I wanted when I needed it. read more

The people at Marion Enterprise have been SO helpful for me several times, going way beyond what we usually expect from folks working at a rental car agency. I have promised to bring them in a bunch of doughnuts or breakfast burritos, and I'm going to do it. If they have a car, they provide it for me. They pick up and drop off if that's what I need. But mostly they are just super friendly and helpful. read more

I rented a full size vehicle for two days. They gave me a Tahoe so I was very happy with that. The only negative was the vehicle was a little dirty when I got it. Great and friendly customer service. Will definitely use again in the future read more
