Rented a vehicle. Got a flat tire. Called Enterprise Roadside assistance. They sent who they wanted out to fix it. Enterprise charged me $55. They have AAA and the tow driver told me they have it and that they don't get charged because they have AAA. The gentleman at enterprise tells me oh well we get charged and so we charge the customer. Then he says well if you got a flat on your truck you'd fix it. Yep your right at les Schwabb where it's free. All he could tell me was well you didn't do that. BECAUSE ITS NOT MY VEHICLE! will not use this service here again. Will go to Salem and use Hertz! read more

I made a reservation over the phone because we needed the car for a long trip for a wedding out of state. As soon as I got to the Enterprise office I met Chris the "manager" at that time, I told him I had a reservation and if I could get my father's discount​ because my dad works for one of the companies. So it turns out I could not get it unless my father was there or go online and start fresh from their friends and family website. So I said fine I'll use​ my Costco discount which is​ 5% almost nothing. I asked what car are we getting? he said a Nissan Altima, I said that's not what I was promised when I made my reservation, I had a choice, he said that's what he has for me nothing else, so we were going back and forth. I finally said let's​ just get this going and go outside to see the car. So we went outside to look inspect the car, while we were out there Chris tells me, "look ever since you got here you been on a bad mood, and I'm tired of dealing with you, I'm going to REFUSE THIS SERVICE ... I don't know what you might do later on". Are you kidding me?? what kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is this?? I was upset at him because I was paying 470.00 for three days and a crappy car that was so uncomfortable and to top it off he was the one being so RUDE TO ME, I had to calm down because there was no way we were​​ gonna find another rental asap. So I drove the car off the lot. Guess what the tank was EMPTY!! so we had to come back!! Then Chris said, oh, well I have "three cars you can choose from" REALLY a huge truck, a two of the same of what we had. Yes my experience with this manager has horrible I had to bite my tongue that day but I'm letting you guys know how I was treated by this person. I am giving 2stars only because I've used Mcminville location in the past and it's been great. This last Saturday the 21st of July was absolutely horrible I walked in and noticed the CSR talking with a lady customer so I just sat off to the side and waited, I did not receive a "I'll be with you in a few minutes or any acknowledgment at all I continued to wait they talked about religion and then took theirs conversation outside and continued to talk religion for another 10min before another set of customers came in then the CSR cut is conversation and came inside I gave my reservation number and he then looked at me and said I'm sorry we have no cars !! Not a I can get you one let me call another enterprise or anything but a I can probably get you one in Monday. The worst customer service I have ever delt with from enterprise and I have been a customer for many many years this is very disappointing and honestly makes me want to take my business elsewhere for now on read more

I have rented four cars from Enterprise, two of them from The McMinnville location and the third I returned to the McMinnville location. Every time, the team has worked to put me in a car that was similar to what I drove and would fit my needs. This past time the customer service from a specific team member really impressed me. His name is Andy Zhu and he is extremely nice, helpful, and understanding. The insurance company was being difficult with not wanting to give me anything but the smallest car available, which I was wasn't comfortable driving. Andy understood my concerns and was very genuine in addressing the issue. He did everything he could to make sure I left in a car I felt comfortable driving for mile long daily commute. The entire staff at this Enterprise location and especially the management are phenomenal! I've rented from this location for a few years now, and the quality of service and attention to detail that I receive is fantastic. I rent cars all the time across the U.S., and typically I brace myself for the unexpected at the rental counter, but the Enterprise in McMinnville sets the bar for expectations. The staff is super friendly, helpful and cheerful, and at their core are very professional, and go above and beyond to make sure my rental is exactly what works for me. My vehicle was totaled in a hit and run and Enterprise saved me! The service was outstanding, they were so friendly and nice to me.
