Had a reservation for 8 am got a call at 7:15 am saying there is no car for me. They could get me a car for after 2. Told them I need to get to work and was told try calling around see if another enterprise has one for 8. I call the corporate number and am told I will have a call back by noon. No call did not get a car until following day no discount not apologies. I called corporate again to follow up on my call back told me turnaround is 7-10 days. Horrible service. read more

This place is atrocious!! I booked a rental car 2 months in advance of a family camping trip to Maine. We had 5 adults and one child and purposely rented a Chevy Suburban so that we had room for everyone to sit comfortably, and so that we had enough space for luggage, towels, bedding, and fishing poles. My friends brother works for Enterprise in Yonkers, NY and he provided a referral for a discount. Two days before our scheduled pickup day I get a call confirming my reservation. On actual our pickup day some guy who claimed to be "new" called an hour prior to my pickup time to tell me they didn't have the Suburban and that I would have to take a minivan. Come again?!? If I wanted an friggin minivan I would have rented one!!! I was livid. We had no choice as we were leaving the next morning at 5am. The "new guy" gave us some additional discounts to makeup for their complete eff up. That said, we ended up crammed in a tiny minivan and couldn't take all of the stuff we planned. I am quite confident had we rented from another location we would have had more options to choose from. If someone reserves a specific vehicle Enterprise should do everything in their power to make sure said vehicle is available and held. I will NEVER rent from this crappy place again. read more

Excellent service. I had a small issue and they where able to help fix it even though I was a few states away. After I returned it, after hours, they called me to see if everything went ok with the issue and where very sorry it happened. They have gained a customer for life. read more

This place was awful. They wanted me to wait 3 hours to pick up a car I reserved online then continued to be extremely unhelpful. I never want to deal with this company again! read more

Terrible service. Called Tuesday to see if there would be any cars available for Thursday. Man said sure we have plenty of vehicles. I asked if I needed to make a reservation and I was told no there's no need to do that we have plenty of cars. So I called Thursday morning asking if there were any cars available and was told no not until 4pm.... Mind you I needed the car for Thursday morning.. I also inquired about getting picked up and I was told "no we don't do pickups".... Isn't their slogan" we pick you up " or something to that degree.....?? Anyways I decided to call the waterbury office and was told they had vehicles available and they DO do pickups... So which one is it they do or don't..? But I was told the waterbury branch doesn't pick up in Naugatuck seeing as there is an office located in Naugatuck.. I gave up all together and they lost my service.. Not only for today but definitely forever if I ever do need a car rental in the future... Do not recommend by any means. read more
