They had a vehicle I wanted; Received a phone call at 715 am stating they would not have a vehicle for me till later in the afternoon. When I arrived they said, we sent an email, you didnt get the emai? 'Then when they offered no help or suggestions, I asked if there was another Enterprise where I might get a car, they looked at each other and said, "you could try Holyoke" When I said can you check for me, the woman who seemed to be acting as manager said "honestly, you'd probably have better luck calling than if I made the call." I had to ask for the number. This place takes the prize for the worst customer experience I've had my entire life. Reserve at your own risk.

He seemed annoyed when I asked him if the parts were OEM, there was no detail on the estimate, In this regard. I have driven BMWs for 20 years. So I just got a phone call from a very highly regarded Bmw mechanic in West Hartford, who is known for as honesty. He told me my brakes were 75% fine a little wire on the rotors on the front and a little less in the back, but nothing I had to address right away. Whereas Portland automotive told me I needed a complete thermostat sensor yada yada when they check the codes, this Mechanic and West Hartford said he would do less and then see what happens (instead of trying to gauge me.) what convinced me to get another opinion was reading the reviews on Portland automotive, which seems sketchy, especially by men who probably it appears to me no more about cars versus the women to think they're very nice. Well, I'm a woman, but I go with my gut instinct, and in this case, it told me to go elsewhere.

I do not trust mechanics now-a-days because even the fast oil change places have messed up my car. He is always reasonable, quick and awesome customer service. Never has he tried to fix anything that does not need to be fixed and in-fact, has told me I do NOT need something that I may of thought I needed to save me the money. I feel really blessed to have such a reliable trustworthy mechanic like Walter. I recommend all my friends and family to him when they are needing any car repairs and they all say the same thing after using his services.

Then, I noticed what looked like peeling on the hood and front of the car. The Toyota-applied clear coat was coming off , My car was starting to look so bad. A few people gave me names of local auto body shops No one wanted to touch my car because I had not been in an auto accident!! They explained their reasons to me, which of course, were all about money and insurance claims. I was, of course, going to pay for any work but, shame on me, I did not have an accident. Just wanted to fix to the clear coat and have effected areas of my car re-painted. Finally, I was given the name Brothers auto body in Cromwell. Problem solved! My car was beautifully repainted and new clear coat applied. It looks spectacular! No hesitation to give me a reasonable quote, no rejection because I did not have an accident. Just kind, professional treatment from all at Brothers. Special thanks to Sarah, Jacob and Brian for making this whole process run so smoothly. My Corolla carries with it some very special memories from the past. I will always do what I can to keep it running and looking as good as I can.

After having the truck for 2.5 weeks we picked it up after being told "the truck is safe, I would let my kids drive it". No sooner did we drive TWO MINUTES down the road the truck broke down. This was right after my son paid $1700 to have fixed. Called the shop and Ruben didn't care anymore he got his money. The other owner came and pulled the truck back to the shop. Long story short after two more times we took the truck . Halfway home the engine light was back on and the truck was leaking oil and tranny fluid. Brought it to the shop and they couldn't believe the work. Wrong radiator was used so they put connectors. They were leaking. The brake line was wrong and the list goes on. THE BIGGES THING.... THE WELDING WAS COMPLETELY UNSAFE. IF MY SON HIT 3 LARGE BUMPS THE TRUCK WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART! we kept them posted and they asked for a receipt. No problem. It was provided and that was it....they have ignored us. We posted a Google review and they deleted it. They are awful! After some research, my fiance found which part needed to be replaced along with a ten minute YouTube video of how to replace it. However, since not having a defroster in the car is a safety concern, we would think that Best Buy would take care of this. The third and final time we dropped off the vehicle, we were told it would take one day. One week later, after never being called, we were toldwere told we had to pay because it was not a safety concern and would be at least a two hour job. After such poor service throughout the entire experience, my fiance decided he would just do the job himself...Taking him ten minutes.
