The bad is they use Bluetooth technology to see level of gas. We have to judge by the gauge and when you turn in the vehicle they do not inform you if your short or over. They then charge your card almost a month later. They do not credit you if you overfill the tank read more

We came for a visit to the east coast and had a reservation from another group close by. The morning of, they informed us that the car we had a confirmation on was not available so we drove a few more minutes to Enterprise in Pleasantville. They confirmed our car and then even gave us an upgrade. EVERYONE in the office was very friendly, especially Mo, the guy who prepared everything. I feel as though i have been robbed by enterprise. I reserved a full size truck. Took the normal walk around with the agent no damage found. I reserved the truck at 1:45pm got home at 2:45 ( one hour!!!) and noticed a dent and scratches on the roof, at that point i took pictures of the damage to cover myself. The next day i returned it and to stay ahead of the ball i informed them of the damage i found,---doing a normal walk around you would not see the damage--- you have to get in the bed of the truck to be able to see the dents. This is why nor I or the short agent did not see the dent or the roof before i took it.... Now I am getting blamed for damage i did not do! They will not win this case, and have lost a valuable customer.. For future customers always take pictures of the entire car to cover yourself because these employees obliviously do not know how to thoroughly examine a car after each rental. read more

Everyone at Enterprise was superb in providing excellent service from the beginning to the end. They picked us up from the hotel we were staying then when we were returning the car they also dropped us off back to the hotel. Theres usually one person who is not friendly but at this location, EVERYONE was all so friendly yet professional. Finalizing process was also very smooth which will ONLY have us continue to use Enterprise for car rentals in the future. The drivers who picked us up and dropped us off were so informative in giving us tips to where to shop and made personal connections w us. Totally recommend! read more

The in-store customer service was appalling. My husband and I rented a car for a honeymoon road trip. It turned out the car was unsafe to drive, we were directed by a very pleasant customer service phone operator to switch the car at close by location. We were met at said location by sarcasm, disrespect, and by the end of the incident complete refusal of service. We drove the unsafe car back home, missed hotel reservations. The next day went to another location and were met with reluctance and implication that we were lying, but got a different car. Then the second car also had an issue! Over the phone service was very accommodating, got a 3rd car, but when we were to bring the car back we were told to prove we were really on our honeymoon and to bring out marriage certificate or we would not receive a refund for the days we had defective vehicles. I will never use this service again, and I will tell everyone I know not to use them either. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Not only were they 30 minutes late in picking me up, they gave me a car with a 1/4 tank of gas. When I asked to be refunded for the gas I bought to fill it up, the "best" they could do was give me a $15 credit towards me rental. Clearly customer service is not their priority. They had one person working here the day I picked up my car but 5 people when I came back the next day to return it. I will never rent from enterprise again. read more

I was disappointed to be charged an extra day. I realized this when the email summary arrived. I phoned the office and they corrected their error. I had phoned the office informing them that I'd be leaving the rental vehicle at the car dealership where my truck was repaired. That was approximately 5 p.m. on a weekday. I'm not sure they were fair with the gasoline issue either. I was charged two gallons when I believe the level was very close to the half tank that it had when I drove off with the car. read more

Worst customer service. They said they would pick me up at 8am and arrived 45 minutes. When I returned the vehicle they told me I owed them $127. Completely took advantage of me since my insurance covered $50 a day they gave me a vehicle that's $49 but never explained that I would have to pay taxes & misc. I would have went for a cheaper car so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Refused to pay and they gave me attitude. Very disrespectful. read more

Never have I been more unsatisfied in my life with enterprise especially this location. I was only given 2 cars to choose from very rushed explained that I drive over 2500 miles a month and needed a comfy car for the highway. This was thru liberty mutual for an insurance claim I think they just give us the worst cars possible. I was given a Chevy Impala that needed an oil change since the first day of the rental. You'd think if the oil change light was on they would have just swapped me out but no. I called 3 different locations none could offer me a fix. Car was shaking at highway speeds had absolutely no pickup and started smoking approximately 1 week into rental. Not to mention it smelled like old sour milk and the wiper blades were shot so good luck seeing in the rain. On top of all of that I was billed a rate that was not discussed at all prior and I feel like there cheats and liars. I'm good Avis has better deals and a newer car fleet. You lost yet another client. read more
