Our car was rear ended and our insurance co set us up with a car from Enterprise in Troy. They were easy to work with and accommodating each step of the way. We had the rental car over a month and checking it back in a was easy. No issues at all with the rental car. Great service, cars that run flawlessly, price was more than fair. Had to wait for over an hour to get my rental. And when I FINALLY did get one, they gave a full size Dodge truck. I drive a small Huyandai, partly because I appreciate the fuel economy of it and partly because I just prefer a small car. This rental is neither. Recently rented a compact car from this location. The employees were nice enough but the car was awful. We paid for a compact car and were given a Chevy Spark which could barely accommodate our car seat. On top of that, there was a burn mark in the driver seat, the car still smelled of smoke and there was pet hair all over the backseat. Very hard to believe it was previously detailed (as told) as the employees were vacuuming it right before they brought it out. Lastly, there weren't even safety belts that worked in the backseat. I was told this was my only option and the only car they had available. Fair enough, but I should not be charged for a compact car. Further, with the condition it was in, this vehicle probably shouldn't be rented out at all. read more
