I had only noticed once I got to my destination and when I called him, he claimed he had brought all the bags in. Not true because airport THANK GOD had found it on the curb. Was not able to reach anyone or have anyone from the company retrieve it since I had to go in person after a long day of travel. The driver did not know how to adjust the car seat and there was no water available either.. would have been nice after a flight. Needless to say, will not use or refer this service to anyone.

The driver ( owner?) went above and beyond what I expected, and when we came out of the hotel he was waiting for us with a pink limo, dressed head to toe in pink. he has good music in the limo, it was clean, and we all had an awesome time. would definitely use him again!

I called but no answer. Called again no answer. Emailed again asking why no response and if we're still good. He says he's all booked up-how about Saturday. I stated you said it was fine for Friday. You said all was good. Of course not Saturday her birthday is Friday. His response as soooo, about Saturday? Unprofessional and awful and very unreliable. Do not book with him!!! Go elsewhere.
