I was scammed by the tow truck who got a kick back from this company. My car was towed from an accident in Pickering/Scarborough border where I live in Pickering. The rental car was delivered to my home. I asked will they pick it up when the rental is over and they said yes. When the rental was over I was asked to return the car on Christmas eve. I asked can they not pick up the car since it was delivered the same way. They said no. When I realized this company was located off Hwy 400 north of Finch I called back but they closed early at 2 pm for Christmas eve. I then realized the reason they went out of the way, a 1 hour drive to my house, they did so to get my business. Who rents a car that is a 2 hour round trip and pays the gas to do so when I could have got a local car rental. The car was older for a rental a 2021 Toyota Corolla with dents and scratches all over. I talked to Jason and he said there is nothing he could do not even giving me a 50 dollar credit for the gas I had to use for 2 cars to drop off the car and the fact that I was lied to about them picking up the car.
