They arrived exactly as scheduled and worked quickly while taking great care with our belongings. They provided TV boxes, mattress covers, and wrapped all furniture to ensure nothing was scratched or stained. They even helped combine smaller boxes into larger ones and made sure nothing was left behind. The team disassembled all our furniture for transport and reassembled everything upon arrival, placing each item and box in the exact rooms we requested -- even positioning furniture and wall art just the way we wanted. They were meticulous and organized in both loading and unloading. They also transported one of our cars in an enclosed trailer for a very reasonable price. Best of all, Ricky and his team were cheerful, polite, and helpful from start to finish. After a long day of loading, driving, and unloading until nearly 2 a.m., they still had the same positive attitude they had when they arrived that morning. Was trying to return a trailer. U Haul dealer was not open during posted business hours, didn't…read moreanswer phone number that I was directed to call on the contract. Noticed a different number on the building and when I called the man that answered said he would be back in a few minutes. I waited and then called back to let him know would drop the small trailer next to the gate. He told me that I could not do that, then when I asked why said doesn't have a truck to move it with. I thought that was strange and asked why the uhaul dealer doesn't have a truck. This trailer was very small and didn't even require a truck to move it. He then told me to take the trailer to another dealer and that he was not coming to open the gate to allow me to return the trailer and would not accept it back. I called customer service, and while on the phone with customer service he arrived in one truck and with another truck with several men it. He opened the gate and I dropped the trailer by hand and by myself and left. He basically ignored me while I was there. Customer service suggested I take pictures as proof that I returned the trailer just in case. Then when I was leaving he went over and moved the trailer by hand???? So he arrived in a truck after saying he didn't have one, said he needed a truck to move the trailer and then moved it by hand without a truck. So not just rude and inappropriate, but also lied to me as well. WOW!!!! U Haul should really reconsider this dealer relationship. Wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. If you want any customer service at all go somewhere else.
