The "used" rims were covered in scratches and looked terrible. When I expressed how unhappy I was, I was told they had "saved me $400." That isn't a savings when you're paying over $5,200 and receiving scratched, used parts that make the car look worse. I trusted this shop to be honest and treat us fairly. Instead, I left feeling ripped off, misled, and taken advantage of. For over $5,000, I expected quality workmanship, communication, and the opportunity to approve such a major change before it was done.
