Probably as good and simple of an experience as it gets. I've been to other window tint places before. The owner communicated clearly in response to my questions about the film type, and provided a good price. Showed up for my appointment with the vehicle (Infinity QX60), they called me 2 hours later to say it was done. The film is made by Llumar, I got the IRX50 for the windshield and IRX25 for the side windows and sunroof, and it's just a huge change in cutting the heat and glare. read more

I would not hesitate to go there for ceramic tint on all my windows and windshield, I got their Air Clear 80 on the huge windshield of our Sprinter RV and already the cabin is so much cooler. When the sun is hot on the skin outside, not a thing can be felt inside the cab. They will schedule by appointment so you could wait for your vehicle, but I was able to drop it off. I chose this place to tint my vehicle because of all the rave reviews I read. I'm giving two stars because the only thing they did that I liked was tint my car quickly, which may be the reason for the things I don't like. I paid a lot of money for a sub par tint job. I returned a month later to point out bubbling and other issues. I was told that some of what I'm seeing is dirt and that it won't get any larger! DIRT! The first thing you do when tinting is to CLEAN the windows so you don't get dirt under the tint. Next was the tint coming up around the edges. They "fixed" it while I waited but it looks the same. Looks like another example of tint being applied to dirty windows, I've applied tint myself in my youth. Also, for high dollar ceramic tint I'm sure getting a lot of heat from the sun. Who knows what was actually applied to the car. read more

Was quoted $95 for driver and passenger side windows, ended up getting the upgraded film and adding the clear windshield film (blocks I think 40 some % of heat). They are all still in the curing stage, but already nice and clear, the decrease in heat entering the car is very noticeable. Got my windows tinted on my daughters 2021 Elantra on May 29th and was satisfied with the job that they had done. I called them on Tuesday (since Monday was a holiday) and told them that we had all three windows in the back had bubbles in the tint and I told them that we would bring the car by there and let them look at it and fix the issue. Spoke to the owner about this and after going back and fourth with him about the bubbles he said that you are too picky. I told him that I didn't pay for window tint with bubbles in it and said they would not fix the issue. This is the first time and the last time we will use this place. Poor service and bad customer service. We have always used Solartex but he couldn't do it for a couple of weeks so we used Enterprise window tint and what a mistake that was. I had Llumar tint applied when I bought a used car in California in 2006. The rear window bubbled and turned purple after I moved to Florida in 2013. I kept the original warranty docs and went to Enterprise who replaced the rear window completely free of charge... no games or BS. They were friendly and efficient and also replaced my driver's side window which was nicked and marked for a reasonable fee. The first time they tinted my car there was a miscommunication regarding the tinting of the back windows and the very back window (they did legal limit, I wanted a bit lighter). They were willing to replace all their tinting to my exact specifications for no extra charge! At first this business seemed great...they came as a referral so I trusted them. I had two cars tinted and two cars came home with lots bubbles in the tint, which we were assured would disappear. They didn't but that isn't the worst problem. The worst of it is that we paid close to $600 to be in hot cars. I don't tint so much for privacy but to reduce the heat. I got talked into doing the front windows of our cars because they had a heat lamp demonstration in their shop where no heat comes through. Guess what my car is an oven and you could fry an egg on my dash. I took it to my regular place and discovered that Lumar tint that they use is garbage. I'm used to 3M. It's like shopping at Walmart (Enterprises Product) and then finding Saks 5th Ave. I called Enterprise because I was unhappy with the interior temperature of my car. Because I have small children and I need my car to stay cool for my kids and I didn't even get an apology or a can we make it right. I asked them if they would remove the product for me and I was informed that I'd have to pay for it. Wow! So much for customer service! Do yourself a favor and use CM Tinting! It's my bad that I tried Enterprise when I've never had a problem with any car for over 10 years at CM Tinting. The dealer set it up & I tried to give them a chance. Big Mistake! read more
