Highly recommend this company for your auto detailing needs. The price was better than competitors, as well as the detailing vendor used by our community. Both my husband and my car needed some cleaning since the interior of our car had sand from the beach, and grass from golf bags. Plus it is hard to find brushless car cleaners in the area. This vendor has multiple level of detailing and prices varied accordingly. We opted for the basic silver detail since we had no experience with this vendor and none of our friends have used them. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience and the service was above and beyond what I had expected, especially for the price. Scheduling was easy - online website. You select your service, the time you want, and then specifics of your car. You get an email confirmation, and multiple reminders of your appointment. 2 men (Drew and his assistant) arrived on time, and had given ample notice that they were on their way. They asked what specific areas we wanted to concentrate on and then spent a couple hours cleaning both the inside and outside of our cars including our mats and seat covers. The cleaning was thorough. Since it was really hot outside - they had problems with cleaning the window of my Mercedes. He needed to buff it and apply some type of polish but the car needed to be cooler. Surprisingly he offered to come back for free a few days later when my car was cool. He texted me when he was coming back and even gave me microfiber cloth to use in the future so I don't scratch the glass and/or car paint. Very Pleased with our service and HIGHLY recommend. I took my 1990 Corvette in there. The car was in good shape already but needed some definite elbow grease to make it shine again. I spent more money than I have ever spent before on a detail. Diamond Pro Detailing did a fabulous job installing clear coat ceramic on my new black Jeep Wrangler. I love how black cars look when they are clean and glossy. The problem is they are very hard to keep that way, especially if you're towing it for thousands of miles behind a diesel RV through all types of weather. After getting my new Jeep back from Drew at Diamond Pro we hooked er up and headed out on our trip to New England. First day we hit torrential rains heading out of Florida, water beeded and for the most part blew right off. A quick rinse with fresh water hose took care of the surface dirt the car picked up. If you're looking to get your car detailed, paint correction, ceramic coating, or any other professional services, you cannot find better than Drew at Diamond Pro. If I could give 10 stars I would. It's extremely rare to find superb customer service, let alone the type of personal care Drew provided on my 5th gen Black Camaro SS. I am extremely picky about my car and I spent a couple weeks researching detail shops for paint correction, detail and ceramic coating. I also wanted to have matte black racing stripes installed, but I just knew I'd have to go to more than one place to have all this done. Oh the stories I could tell about the places I called. I called one major chain "tint," detail, do it all shop and frankly I was turned off by the slick guy on the phone who clearly thought I was born yesterday. I didn't challenge him with his bad sales tactics, I just played stupid to see how far he'd take the "okie doke" he thought he was putting on me. Let's just say he swung for the fences. I even tried calling the one in Fort Myers to see if it was a just the local issue, but they never called back. Once I found Drew he immediately took all the time I needed to discuss the processes, to also discuss what might be the most economical, yet high quality options for me. Every time I told him a service I was looking for, he immediately said he can get that done for me. He took a lot of time researching things for me and I hadn't spent a dime with him. I could've been some window shopper looking for the information and go somewhere else. That never crossed Drew's mind. He was professional start to finish. Once I decided to go with Drew at Diamond Pro, he kept me informed every step of the way. Drew has this far out customer service plan. Do what you say you're going to do when you say you're going to do it... Crazy ain't it? LOL! Go figure... Drew's work comes with a warranty, depending on the package you want, so his excellent customer service doesn't end when you leave. He provides light maintenance with each ceramic coating plan (I think he checks it once a year, but see Drew for details). To say my car came out amazingly gorgeous is an understatement. Drew did a complete paint correction first. Which on a black car is especially time consuming. I thought my cars paint was great, and didn't realize how hazy and scratchy my paint was until he did the correction. It's been a few weeks now and I've washed my car maybe 3-4 times and have yet to have to even have to touch it, either during the soaping or at drying (yes you read that right, I haven't put a single rag or brush on it). The dirt and grime just washes off with the foamy soap I spray on the car, and after rinsing, the water just blows off instantly with my electric hand held leaf blower, about 3 minutes to dry the whole car. My car looks like a black mirror, crystal clear, even after 2 days of being out in the weather and not being washed, my car retains its gorgeousness. I'm BLOWN AWAY! Drews professional Ceramic Coating and the pre-coating processes is the best thing I could've done to preserve my beautiful car that I cherish so much. Drew also was able to handle getting my Matte Black Racing Stripes installation and it turned out stunning (see pictures). Do yourself a favor and call Drew at Diamond Pro and tell him "Big Ed's" review made you go. He'll probably chuckle and show you pictures of before and after of my car. It's stunning! I called Drew to have a Diamond detail on my 2012 Blue Mustang GT. He was able to schedule me quickly and I am amazed at the job he did. The car looks showroom new. The blue paint glows and the black plastic trim jus glows now. I opened the hood and the detailed engine bay looked like a jewel in a box! Drew even found a way to clean my AM/FM plastic button on the dash back to new!!! Finger oils and heat had made it tacky and it was the only button on the dash that had that problem.. it was an unsightly eyesore. But Wow!! It's fantastic. When I purchased my 2017 Jeep Wrangler, I contacted Drew at Diamond Pro to perform a paint correction, ceramic coating, and bi-weekly maintenance. I'm extremely particular about my vehicles and did plenty of research before hiring Drew. He walked me through my options and communicated exactly what he would do. Over a year later and Drew is still maintaining my Jeep.
