Come if you like to work out at an gym where all equipment is about to break mid work out or if you want to risk getting an infection from the dirty and rusted out equipment. None of the staff, at least front desk does much unless you ask them to do it ... like refill the disinfecting sprays which are all broken. I'm sure they cost less than dollar to replace. None of the weights match, and they're left out scattered around the gym in random places. The ceiling leaks in at least 5 places which contributes to the horrible mildewy smell. The back room has ripped carpet, trash scattered everywhere, and again.. rusted and broken equipment. Once again, this gym has so much potential but management has to do something about it. Hopefully this review is what is needed for someone to actually fix it. I can't speak for the MMA side of the gym since I only came as a guest but I'm sure the mats are just as dirty as anything else here.

They take everything back there and never bring them back to the open area. So you're really paying to get the weights you need cause the staff will refuse to go back there and get them for you. Weights are a mess, equipment waits to be replaced for about 6mths and they refuse to get or replace equipment that is legit FALLING APART! I'd rather drive all the way back to base and waste gas then go to this crap of a gym. I could provide a better gym in my garage than this place.

I was trying to find a place in the area that offered yoga and I happened to stumble across this place. I took my daughter in on Tuesday and today for the older kid's Zumba classes and she has enjoyed it so much! The instructor is high spirited and keeps her focused. They seem to be just starting out though so I feel like I need to spread the message because I want to see them succeed. I really think the place can be a huge asset to Enterprise but also I selfishly want them to do well so we can continue to go there. They offer pilates, yoga, self defense, zumba, kick boxing, and belly dancing. They also offer after-school Zumba classes for different groups of school age children and a tot yoga class on Tuesdays (during the day). The prices are really great if you get the punch card. My daughter and I could attend a class every week for what I used to spend on her attending one dance class a week at another Enterprise studio (which she didn't even enjoy - and which was a tense setting). My kid can't wait to go back. It's really helped her to blow off some energy after being stuck behind a desk all day and it keeps her out of the front of the tv. I plan on trying out some of the grown up classes next week.
