I first decided to get my haircut at Enve when I saw my coworker's amazing Reese Witherspoon-like haircut (the long hair with feathered bangs). My hair is a little difficult to cut and style since it is silky and very straight, but Amanda was able to cut it exactly how I wanted it. She communicated what would look good on me and what she would do to get my hair cut to look like the famous short Katie Holmes haircut. Amanda used a mixture of razoring, dry cutting, and massive amount of layering. She touched it up with a flat iron and Osis Dust powder to add texture. I received compliments from tons of people and even had a few double takes from people in my office. I schedule my hair appointments every 6-8 weeks in advance to keep my hair short but also since Amanda is always booked up 2 months at a time. I would encourage anybody to schedule an appointment at Enve. The stylists are friendly, accommodating, and talented!

When I…read morerecently called with an issue that they felt should be dealt with quickly, they called me very late in the day (after 6 p.m.) when they had a chance, and made every effort to work me in the following day. They even placed phone calls to the imaging center to also work me into their busy schedule, rather than being content with what they saw in the scheduling system - in which case, I would not have been seen for a few days. Dr. Woodworth has been my surgeon consult for a couple of times now for what have turned out to be non-serious issues, thankfully. But he is thorough, compassionate, and communicates and educates his patients about all the possibilities and options. Most impressive, when I was waiting the results of a biopsy he called me personally on a Friday at 5 p.m. to let me know the results. Although I wasn't expecting the results until Monday, when he received them on Friday, he wanted to let me know as soon as possible. That is a caring medical professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone requiring a surgical consult.

Jenny made several appointment inquiries on multiple platforms around 3am. Most of which were not coherent sentences. When my boss was able to speak with her, she let her know that the type of appointments she was trying to book did not in fact go together that the add-ons she was trying to get were for different types of appointments. Instead of listening and allowing my boss time to quote her a proper appointment she booked online what she wanted my boss immediately cancelled the appointment, initiated a refund through square, and informed her she would not be able to preform the appointment. Jenny then proceeded to immediately dispute the square the charge which made it to where the refund was then rejected and paused. She would've had her money immediately had she allowed us to follow process. After she was informed that we would not be booking her appointment she then proceeded to message on several different platforms attempting to rebook saying she didn't not want her refund. Which was now in a claims dispute. She then proceeded show up to the office unannounced demanding an appointment when my boss wasn't in office. I stayed in the office and didn't unlock the door and called my boss she proceeded to add Jenny to the call and ask her why she had showed up unannounced aggressively? Jenny was yelling at her and my boss told her she would not tolerate the behavior and to take it up with the cops and her lawyer as the behavior was unacceptable. This woman did get her money back and while she may not have liked how things went, she should at least be honest about the experience as it was traumatic to hear someone screaming and banging around our quiet peaceful building.

So a couple weeks ago on the weekend with no working out, running around town shopping, eating out…read moreand eating poorly of course, then binge watching crap till late hours... Monday hits after a poor nights sleep. I wake up wet with sweat and freezing. Yep I'm sick, feel like I got hit by a bus. Just want to climb back in bed but know it won't do me any good without chugging chemical nightmare causing green night quill or a handful of ibuprofen. Once again doing no good just prolong my sickness and fry my kidneys. I suck it up and drink a bunch of water, get dressed and go here. Start with a hocaat secession and end with an iv. Feel slightly better as my fever broke but not 100% me yet. Kept drinking water and staying hydrated as they told me I should as I walked out the door. Right home back to bed. Next day I feel like I can run a marathon! So glad I went here over the old ritual of over the counter crap wondering if it will actually work this time or just make me worse till I need antibiotics from a trip to my usual scrip or surgery writing see me a whole 45 seconds after a 2 hour wait doctor. Yes that old method is done! This is my go to place for not only when feeling like crap, but now my preventative measure place! They even have a protocol for a pre vacation or night out of bad eating and drinking that can make life a lot more enjoyable with more energy and less payback later. Who would figure to get your immune system in top condition before an expensive cruise or just a long night out with friends!

Just like most people these days I turned to Facebook & Twitter to find out who was the best ENT in NorthWestArkansas and Dr.Manning's name was mentioned multiple times and Dr. Felicia Johnson was a very close second. I called his office immediately to setup a consultation and he was booked two months out which I thought was a good sign. Located in Springdale (Harbor meadows) the building was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking when I get there even though it was packed inside. The young lady at the front desk had me fill out some information and I proceeded to wait for 30 mins or so until my name was called. They actually called me back about 5 mins past my scheduled appointment time which isn't bad considering how busy the place was. The facilities are very nice and clean, they seem to pay close attention detail based off my observation. I found Dr. Manning to be personable and extremely knowledgeable, he also did a great job of explaining things in lemans terms after speaking professional jargon. My wife was very impressed with him and he did a great job of walking her through the challenges I would experience after surgery. First forward to my surgery ... The procedure was done on the 3rd floor of the Jones building in Springdale which is located behind Northwest Medical Center. I had to sit down with an accountant to fill out paperwork, she was very friendly and encouraged me to pay my balance up front to save 10%. ALL of the nurses that I worked with were so awesome they made me, my wife and mother all feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. They even wheeled me down to the car when it was time for me to go, I hope I never have to get another Septoplasty but if I do I'll for-sure go back to Dr. Manning for sure.

Dr. Manning acted as if he were superior, he did not listen to me or my concerns, he did not give me options about my care, he just referred me to get another test that I feel was unnecessary without even trying to explain the reasoning behind his referral (his referral would have had me going back to the same place I began). I will not return to this place of business.
