Not only did they repeatedly call myself, my husband, and my groomsman for the jacket for weeks, they proceeded to threaten us with police action. The amount owed was merely $150. I had a sheriff calling my phone threatening my groomsman with an arrest warrant as a scare tactic. As a rental service, losses are inherent in their business. The fact that they went to such extreme measures from one jacket was absolutely ridiculous. I was taught not to lend money if I can't afford not to get it back. Perhaps they shouldn't be in the rental business if $150 was going to put them under such strain.

Walking in off the street, I quickly felt comfortable with them as if we had been friends for years. They had exactly what I needed and accommodated my travel and return schedule. Upon returning the tuxedo, they were interested in my pictures of the event. I put in an order for a different type of tuxedo for an upcoming event. I have some new friends in Pensacola.
