This small business HARASSED and BULLIED my family when one of my groomsmen was unable to find the tux jacket that he rented. Not only did they repeatedly call myself, my husband, and my groomsman for the jacket for weeks, they proceeded to threaten us with police action. The amount owed was merely $150. I had a sheriff calling my phone threatening my groomsman with an arrest warrant as a scare tactic. As a rental service, losses are inherent in their business. The fact that they went to such extreme measures from one jacket was absolutely ridiculous. I was taught not to lend money if I can't afford not to get it back. Perhaps they shouldn't be in the rental business if $150 was going to put them under such strain. read more

The staff at Randall's formal wear have been incredible through our entire wedding party process. We unfortunately ran into some issues with another business and 4 months before the wedding they told us they couldn't help us. Ok, left Men's Wearhouse feeling defeated and walked into Randall's with my future hubby skeptical- all I can say is WOW! We were so impressed with the service we received. Overly impresswd with the Customer service we received renting my son's tuxedo for Prom. Chip helped us out and was a delight to work with. I have rented a tuxedo from "Chain" store previously, but never again! Very affordable compared to others and as many parents know the juinior and senior year are quite expensive. Rented a partial tux from Randall's to bartending a wedding. The shirt that was given to me wasn't any more formal than a button down shirt I could have gotten from Walmart. The pants were okay besides the fact that the pockets looked like they were half way inside out. Hard to explain without showing you. Then when I picked up I was in a hurry so partly my fault. But I asked for shoes and a vest that I didn't get. I should have checked to make sure that I got them but I feel I shouldnt have to check to make sure. But what bothered me the most Was The guy when I returned it. He was around 46+ y/o with a salt and pepper colored beard. I told him about not getting my vest and shoes and he pointed at a half hand written receipt that showed I didn't ask for shoes or a vest. I was thinking just because the employee checked off no shoes and no vest... Doesn't mean I didn't ask for one. I specifically remember asking for the vest and shoes because my girlfriend and they lady that measured me were telling me to not get a white vest and white shoes and that I should do all black. I have been in the service industry for 12 years. I'm appalled that the gentleman made it sound like it was my fault. I wasn't asking for any money back when I returned it.. I just wanted a simple apology. The $66 I spent renting a black shirt and pants with a bow tie.. I could have worn my black shirt and pants I had at the house and just bought a $20 bow tie. I only rented because I thought the shirt and pants would be a little more nice especially with a vest and nice shoes. But I was very wrong. I will bring my business elsewhere next time. read more
