I set my appointment . they give a window 11-6 .15 minutes before six they contact me saying that they were going to make it because of an emergency . That was time wasted . I allow them to reschedule me. The technician came out with the attitude as if he were doing me a favor but I'm paying !!!! it was so bad I had to kick the technician out of my home .never again will use this company or suggest anyone I know use them. Zero stars.
