Don't use this business for your shipping needs. They are a third party and overcharge you by default but they make it look like they're giving you a discount. I had a package I needed to send urgently to the UK and I asked for a 2 business day parcel. The owner told me he could guarantee a 2 business day delivery with UPS at a lower price than FedEx (which was my first choice). He said he was giving me a discount. The parcel arrived in 4 days instead of two and we lost 2 crucial business days because of the delay. We called UPS to ask for a refund and they told us we were in the right to ask for one but because the account number the package was sent from was from a third party (Freight.com), the refund was to be asked directly from the third party business owner whose account it was. When I went for the refund the next day, the owner seemed cooperative at the beginning, but in fact was protecting the profit he had made off me all along. He gave me a pitiful 8 dollar refund claiming that it should be just the difference between the 2 day delivery quote and the 4 day delivery quote. However, when I asked for proof for these quotes, he could not produce a proper paper trail. Then I did something that I should have done from the start, check the quotes directly online with UPS inserting the exact weight and dimensions of my package. And lo and behold the quote returned 40 dollars cheaper than the "discount" he had officially given me. He refused to give me the refund for that. they actually charge a couple of bucks for a prepaid UPS drop. (UPS claimed over the phone they are not supposed to do that). Also be prepared to be charged a dollar for a simple photocopy. Or you could go down the street to a random variety shop and they will charge you a quarter. Anyway just dropping this to let people in yelp land know. read more

They are officially an authorized UPS shipping outlet so I went there to drop off a package which had a prepaid UPS shipping label. They wanted to charge me an extra $2.00 to take my prepaid UPS parcel. I can't comment on the rest of their services, but I don't recommend going there for UPS business. After that I went to another store which was a UPS access point, and they just scanned my parcel without charging me anything extra. read more

I've been living in the neighbourhood for years and recently(ish), within the last year or two there has been a new owner this Envoy that's pretty awesome. I have a lot of small business items to print such as posters, brochures, signage etc and this dude is super helpful! I had some signs laminated yesterday and he cut them really pretty with rounded edges. I can assure you they would not look like that if I had done them! I'm actually not sure how the price compares but yesterday I had 10 brochures printed (double sided and he formatted them to print correctly), 2 letter sized glossy posters and three laminated images for 20. Plus I used the computer because I forgot my thumb drive. I'd recommend this place for sure, especially if you want a good result without having to mess around yourself. read more
