I love this nail salon and I've been going for a long time. I am writing this review not to say anything negative, but to advise people to avoid getting builder gel. I walked in and asked for gel X but I think they thought I meant builder gel, which is fine. My last acrylic set lasted 4 weeks from Envy. This set made it about a week and a half before breaking. The set was 120$ plus 20$ tip. The builder gel began cracking after 7 days. Definitely go here to get acrylic!!! Their acrylic sets are great and I still do love this salon! read more

Yesterday I took my niece, age 16, for her first pedicure and manicure. Because her nails are strong, I expressed that I only wanted a basic pedicure and manicure. I also indicated this when I checked in and even at the register. Because I wanted my niece to enjoy her experience, I went a couple of stores down and looked around until she was done. When I returned for her, they had convinced her to get gel on both nails and feet. When I left, the bill was to be $55.00 plus any taxes. When I returned, the bill was $115.00. They refused to adjust the bill or compensate us for a no-charge return to soak the gel off her nails and feet. The cashier and supervisor were both un-caring. I will not return. I didn't want gel on her nail bed because it's known to weaken and thin the nail bed. I could have taken it further, but it wasn't worth it. Rude and greedy. read more

okay, I donot recommend if you get just a regular pedicure with a regular polish. whatever he used to add to the polish to make more I believe is the reason the polish was so thin. it literally started pill the next damn day and all I did was take a damn bath. i called to inform them of the mishap, she told me well I should've paid for gel nails instead. As if my $30 + the tip I gave Thomas wasnt deserving wnough because they rather I pay $40 and up for their service. Bad quality, Bad Service and vibes is off . After while, this is how it goes. To start, everyone was very nice but as you can see I was literally sliced open by the drill. So painful. The pictures show right after, the next day, and now (3 days later). Service is hit and miss at Nail Envy. Today, it was a big hit. Birthday pedis with my daughter on a rainy afternoon meant faster (and friendlier) than normal service. We didn't have to wait at all and enjoyed strawberry daiquiris (fyi: I recommend my normal mimosa over the daiquiri) and massage chairs while the techs took care of our feet via the Envy Dead Sea Pedi, and we enjoyed every moment! read more

I've come here several times the past 4 years. The first girl that did my pedicures was a rock star! But, unfortunately she left and it's been down hill ever since. To pay $65.00 for a pedicure and get mediocre at best, is beyond frustrating! The description clearly states it's a 45 minute service. I've never gotten one that's lasted more than 30 minutes. The actual foot scrub and each item they list as being "additional services" that are the reason it costs more, are skimmed over and hardly even done. But every person is quick to ask for the tip and show visible irritation, if it's not as big a tip as they'd like. - I'm a great tipper, when I receive great service! I don't care how luxurious the building looks, if the service is poor, the rest is irrelevant. I've tried over and over, hoping every time it'll be as amazing as I'd hope, and get disappointed every time. It seems like it's time to find somewhere else to go. read more

You can start with a drink and proceed to be pampered. Cool concept, especially if you're with your favorite human(My Mama). Just know that you do not have the option to leave a tip on the bill at the end of your service. I decided to book a last minute pedicure to kick off my vacation. It's my reservation on the website around 11:30pm and received a confirmation at 8 am the next morning. There's a front waiting area where you check-in & can pick your polish color. Once I checked-in on the iPad on the wall, someone called my name within 2 minutes. I was walked to a pedicure chair and immediately handed a basket with polish samples plus offered a beverage. The polish options pretty much include every color ever made by OPI (Beware if you get overwhelmed with too many options!) I chose an upgraded pedicure so I got a bit of a longer massage & extra exfoliation. The full service was $45 for about a hour and the technician was really nice. I forgot to stop to get cash but the technician took Venmo & Cash app for tips. 5 days later my nails look just as good as the first day (no chips! )I recommend Jason & plan to make this my regular place for pedicures. read more

I visited again to Envy Nail Bar and had a satisfactory experience. I will say that you need to get the gel manicure, and not the mimosa manicure with polish change. The time I went for a Gel Mani (not reviewed here) by Angel, I had NO complaints. My mimosa mani with polish smudged again this time. You can't really tell in the picture, but it's frustrating when you can see tiny spots that have smudged. My nails were still not fully dry 2 hours after I left the facility. That fan they use is not enough to dry the regular polish. I'm frustrated with this. Everything else about the experience I loved. They treat you really well here. I would give it a 3.5 this time. I had a laxy man so a pedicure for me that was terrible. He had a bad attitude! I complained about his services to the lady next to me that was doing nails. She never offered to get a manager, fix it or anything. I left a review on Google and I was not surprised that they responded with a bunch of lies. The only truths were that i said their upcharges were high and they msy have witnessed me laughing. But make NO mistakes about it, my service was bad! He shaped the tire nails on one foot but not the other, his polish job was just okay and his attitude sucked. In previous reviews the owner response completely lied on me. So let me take the time and adress the lies. No one asked me how my service was, nice one attempted to correct it, I voiced every complaint the lady doing nails next to me expecting her to offer solutions and she didn't. That's when i knew the whole thing was a just a money grab. On top of that, while i was there they tried to use trickery to upcharge a senior citizen an additiomal $30. No good will come to them for that. Now if they tell another lie on me, this will go far and long. They think because i did their upcharges are high that I'm a nobody. I sure hope I don't have to show them what somebody looks like. To recap: Terrible service, terrible workmanship. I left an honest review, they replied with a lie and dishonest business practices, I added another review. I invite them to apologize for the lies they told. In addition I never told anybody I was pleased with the services. I was quite displeased and did not tip. My nail person cut me by using the drill or cuticle cutters. They also didn't tell me that chrome costs $20 extra-way too expensive! Most places only costs $10 extra to do chrome. First you're greeted and asked to check in! They have a full bar and offer you a drink of choice! *Sidenote I do suggest making an appointment as they seem to stay pretty busy and at full capacity for those still moving cautiously because of Covid! So this place is AMAZING! I've been to a few nail salons around the city and this is THE ONE! I went on my hour lunch break and I was super nervous about running out of time but these ladies were on point! They have a little walky-talky type communication system and they were like "we have a walk in; she will need a soak off, I repeat, she will need a soak off" With exceptional service, they got me seated, with my color options in less than five minutes and had me soaking my current dip off immediately. Then the sweet lady that did my nails, My, was so fast and thorough! I was in and out of her chair in less than 25 minutes with a great manicure! I was prepared to pay the normal 55-70 dollars that I am used to paying in East Memphis but no! 40 bucks for dip (with no manicure)! I tipped my girl REALLY good because she deserved it and I saved money! I will also say that this place was SO nice and clean. It felt so fancy and modern. I also saw a beautiful looking cocktail go by that I will be sure to order the next time I go when I don't have to go back to work. After hearing so many good reviews I finally got to try this point and I'm SO disappointed. I went there with my boyfriend to get pedicures (we don't go often, so it's a treat for us). Spa pedicures range from $30-$70. We didn't need all the bells so we did the $45 range. They get you in quickly (if you have a reservation) and offer a drink while walking in. The pedicure from star to finish wasn't even 20 min!!! (Their sign lies). So much for a relaxing time. My boyfriend got the athletic pedicure which was supposed to include a deep tissue massage. Instead he got a bunch of calf slaps. They have a lot of color options which was nice. I stayed longer for a set of dip nails. I've been here twice now. Once for a pedicure and once for a manicure. Parking worked out well because the store is in a big shopping plaza with lots of parking spots. But this location is always busy! So I would call ahead before you go or try to book something. I walked in (and lucked out) once and booked an appt once. With your service you get one drink of choice included - this visit I did a mimosa since it was still early. They brought me to my chair and started my water right away. For COVID they have plastic between everyone in the pedicure chairs, and you have to wear a mask. So I felt very comfortable. The chairs had all the normal buttons to make you feel comfortable -leaning back, vibrating, and shaking. The pedicure itself was really nice, they use all types of lotion, hot towels, the works. They do accept walk-ins, but I saw that I could book an appointment on their site so I did so. They had an electronic check in process, multiple drink options, personalized service and more! Always had pedicures here, so I decided to get a gel manicure. I got my nails done on Saturday and on Tuesday they started peeling. I'm sick right now, so I haven't even been doing much other than laying in bed. They didn't push the cuticles back either. It started snowing Monday night and the roads have been icy since then (it's Thursday today) so most places have been closed. I called them about it and they told me that I can get them repaired before Saturday. I told them that I'm sick but that I have videos and pictures with time stamps. They said that I would have to pay for a repair if it's after 7 days. I can't believe they charged $35 (and I tipped $25 for this and a pedicure) for a manicure that lasted 3 days. read more
