I've been going for almost 2 years now, and have had waxing services done by three different aestheticians (Natasha, Terandis, and Michelle). When I addressed it, I was met with dismissive responses toldI was acting "childish" and called me "child" for not accepting any thing else that a refund of the no show fee, multiple defensive emails over three days, and ultimately banned from the salon. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.

The wax isn't scorching hot and damaging to the skin, so it makes for an enjoyable experience (as much joy you can have getting your chin and lip waxed).
