I didn't find out until I was already en route. Instead of understanding, I was charged a no-show fee. When I addressed it, I was met with dismissive responses toldI was acting "childish" and called me "child" for not accepting any thing else that a refund of the no show fee, multiple defensive emails over three days, and ultimately banned from the salon. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.

The wax isn't scorching hot and damaging to the skin, so it makes for an enjoyable experience (as much joy you can have getting your chin and lip waxed). After discussing options, I decided on a partial eyelash fill. The natural look is very important to me, and she made sure my eyelashes had a notable change without being crazy.
