Ordered two shirts through a Facebook ad. I was a little worried as most items in Facebook ads are terrible but I received the shirts and they are excellent quality. Items were sent quickly and I was notified by their customer service department of the shipment and provided tracking info. I would buy from them again. Their customer service is non-existent. In my first order, they shipped a wrong t-shirt. I was going to place another order, so they were going to add the correct shirt to the second order. That's all fine and dandy, but that was 5/16/24 and it's now 6/18/24 and I have yet to see the order. I'm in NM, and they shipped my order to someone in FL. I notified Envy Stylz right away, on 5/31. I emailed them again on 6/4 and 6/6. On 6/7 they finally emailed me back and said they would re-ship that day or 6/10. It's now 6/18 and still nothing. They have such cute stuff, but with service like this, I won't be spending my money here again. And the phone number listed on Yelp is not a good number. And there is no way to message them on FB. read more

The order took a little longer than I expected but it finally came in. The printing was not as nice as I would have thought, it's not fully covered in some areas & after multiple washes it doesn't seem promising. The shirt is a great shirt very soft and a good fit. read more

I really loved the designs of some of the shirts. I'm really iffy about ordering online if companies don't have the brand and material information, I saw that Envy Stylz had the material and brand information, so I placed an order. I spent $90 on 7 shirts. Only one of them fit me because their shirts materials and brands are not accurate online. I reached out yesterday to let them know that the shirts I got have wrong percentages of cotton/polyester and that it's not regular cotton, but pre-shrunk cotton, which fits totally different. Also that some were described as Delta Pro Tee, but I got just the Delta (not as soft and has a different fit). They explained about pre shrunk: "Also unfortunately there is no way we could add pre shrunk to the description because they aren't always pre shrunk. Due to the limited stock of tshirts, we just have to order whatever is available in that color at the time." which is understandable. They were very open to wanting to know which items were inaccurate with percentages, i was at work when I got that response, I had it written down at home what the percentages online were, but I was at work when I got the email so I waited til I got home to get my paper. I knew off hand of 3 of them but wanted to get the accurate percentages listed on the website vs what I got to them so they could fix it. I went online while at work to see what the one shirt that did fit (and I was wearing) was to order more of it in another color. I was scrolling through other shirts and noticed one that I knew had the wrong percentages and brand blend listed was updated to the correct percentages and brand blend. I felt good that the company listened to my issue and fixed it for future customers. In the midst of our email conversation, I mentioned I saw they updated them to the right information. However, what really shocked me was that they emailed back: "They are all exactly the same as when you check them, we have no touched the descriptions" . i took a screenshot of one of the shirts because I wanted to compare what I got, to what was described and let them know. I decided to just write it down So I didn't have to go back and forth between apps on my phone when transferring info to the company. I'm highly disappointed in this company. For them to lie about an error on their part is ridiculous and shows me that that is not a business I want to support and also, there was no solution made for the error on their behalf to accommodate my $80 loss that is ultimately their fault. 10/10 would NOT recommend. read more

Have always had problems with this shop. Their customer service is terrible!! And if they didn't go thru their social medias & delete every bad thing people say about them, you'd see for yourself. Just recently decided to give them one last shot & took forever to get my order in (like it always did) and one of the shirts I got, I paid $25 for what was supposed to be a Bella Canvas shirt & got a crappy heavy cotton Gildan shirt. They keep deleting my comments on their fb showing that, with no remorse or any trying to fix the issue. Don't purchase from this place unless you wanna get screwed. read more

I really wished reviews would have been on the website on FB page.. I wanted to love this boutique so much because of all the cute clothes.. I made an order on September 11 and on September 18 I received shipping notification that a shipping label had been created. Today September 24 I received an email that part of my order was out of stock and I was refunded.. So if my order was ready to be mailed how in the heck is it not fulfilled and now out of stock? I'm so disappointed and I've emailed and I just keep getting "oh it's gonna mail this week" so disappointed in this place.. Still waiting on order 13 days out. read more

Used to love this place and shipping was expedient. I live an hour away from their location. The last two times my daughter or I have ordered, the tracking numbers they send or non existent and then finally the package just shows up. This past time my daughter ordered on April 9 2019 and was sent a bogus tracking number and a message that the package was on it's way on APRIL 11. Tracking is still invalid as of today APRIL 22, no answer to messages, even though they have been read. I understand being backed up or late on shipping, but there's no excuse for bad customer service. If you read other reviews, others have the same shipping problems and the response that "they are busy". THEN STOP SELLING UNTIL YOU TAKE CARE OF THE ONES STILL WAITING!!! We won't be back. I found this as an ad on Facebook and thought everything was super cute so I ordered one shirt bc that's how I always order for the first time from something online and so glad I did it like that bc I have never received the shirt I ordered!! I did however receive an email saying my package was on its way and every time I tried to track it, it never moved!!! I ordered 2 shirts from them. They are so wide in the shoulders. I went to review the shirts on their website. I put it as 3 star since the shirts didn't fit right. Well, supposedly their site reviewer flagged the reviews since they were almost identical reviews, but the shirts fit identical, so I reviewed them the same. ..Anyway. I messaged their Facebook page and emailed them. That's when they told me about the reviews being flagged. And a little later the reviews appeared on their site. ..For whatever reason, I went and looked at their site again today and for whatever reason the reviews were gone. So I messaged their page asking if the reviews were flagged again or if they removed the reviews. I didn't hear anything for a bit, so I reviewed again and knocked it down to 2 stars because I shouldn't have to keep hoping the reviews stick. People need to be warned how shirts fit. ..So now they are getting the 1 star here until my review stays stuck on their website. read more
