Buyer beware making an apointment at this salon…read more I'd had several great experiences with this salon and returned quite a few times for massage and other skincare procedures. I had to cancel an appointment due to a family emergency, I called last night at 11:30 to cancel a 12:30 appointment today - so I gave 18 hours notice with a message explaining the cancellation. I expected to call back and reschedule when we were back to normal our normal schedule, but instead, I got a nasty phone call and a bill for $50 for a late cancellation. I've never canceled with them with less than 24-hours notice before, although I have rescheduled a few appointments as I've needed to flex for work (and also had a few of my appointments canceled or rescheduled at the last minute as my aesthetician had some family emergencies she had to attend to.) 18-hours notice is decent chunk time, and I'd expect more grace for a returning customer who was having a hard time. I'm sad because I really liked Julie - I'll see if she works in other spas because I don't want to miss her services because of the business owner's stringency.

The front of this quaint shop sells several skincare products that are made with essential oils, herbs, butters, botanicals, etc. They have soaps, lotions, candles, many other items. Unique to this shop is that the owner, Natalie Patterson, created her own healing and wellness products. Cayenne Pain Blend which is a rub that helps with many of ailments such as lower back pain, neuropathy, etc. Other items such as facial cleansers, eye cream, toner, scrubs, baths and so much more! The other part of the shop are all the services they offer. From facials, waxing, eyebrows/eyelashes, massage, body detox, to Laser Lipo and Cavitation services. Check out the brochure that I posted.
