EP Real Estate School is a first class way to obtain the education you need to apply for a real estate license. Annete was my counselor and she was extra helpful with every step along the way. They also provide lots of resources to help study for the real estate license exam too. I am confident that I have the tools I need to study and pass the test and be licensed very soon. During this difficult time, she was incredibly sensitive and compassionate, fully understanding how important these arrangements were to me. Crystal sent me pictures of the first set she put together and asked for my feedback, incorporating any changes I requested to make them perfect. My pickup was scheduled for Thanksgiving Day, and I was concerned about whether the order would be ready on time because of the holiday. To my reassurance, Crystal called me two hours ahead of the set time to let me know the arrangements were ready for pickup. Later, she called me again and offered to deliver them to my home--a thoughtful gesture I wasn't expecting. Crystal's kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference during such a challenging moment. The florals were so very pretty, beyond my expectations . I can't thank her enough for her compassion and professionalism.

The coach sat the entire time, simply giving instructions, which made it difficult for my daughter, who is brand new, to keep up with the warm-ups and across-the-floor exercises. Despite this being a Tumbling 1 class, they were doing back walkovers and front walkovers during across-the-floor drills. How is this considered a beginner-level class? My daughter didn't receive any spotting, even though she can't do a back walkover yet and was trying her best to keep up. I initially gave the coach the benefit of the doubt since she mentioned she wasn't feeling well that day. However, when we returned the following week, it was the same thing. The coach began the class sitting down, gave instructions, demonstrated a little, but again didn't spot or assist the new students at all. It feels like a Tumbling 1 class here assumes you're already trained and just need a space to practice. While the coach seems skilled, they lack the teaching approach necessary for beginners. A true beginner class should involve more hands-on assistance and spotting to help build confidence and ensure the students are learning safely. This is not how a beginner program should be run.

My biggest three gripes were that we were watching younger kids come into the class and we essentially became the co-trainers. My son was so bored he just goofed off and didn't listen anymore because he could already do everything at that level since he'd been in the same class for over a year. We had asked her and she said she could move him up but she had to find spots in her other classes and she kinda seemed like she preferred the parent staying because it would be less work for her. Which goes to my next gripe that the other families in our time had been with us since the beginning! Yet she was willing to move all of our times, while they were still infants, to their nap time but she couldn't find time to transition them to swim by themselves. Since going, we've had the time changed 4 times all on Saturday. As any parent can attest to, messing around with nap times is a huge PITA. You could make the argument that she was being cautious not letting him swim without his mom because she felt he wasn't ready. However, he had been swimming without my wife for over a year already. We had been going to another swim school because she stated there weren't any slots open and weren't seeing much progress with her. The last complaint I have is that we never got what we paid for. The class started 10 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. For a 30 minute class that's essentially half the class she spent chatting with the class prior, snacking, or ending it so she could snack. That's very unprofessional and should be something she baked into her schedule versus taking time in the class.

I started my renewal process a little too close the expiration of my license, so Marci M. and her team worked with me to keep me on track to ensure I completed the required course work and finals in time prior to my expiration. They were super helpful along the way, available by phone, text and email, and their platform is user friendly and keeps you completely informed of your progress and milestones. I am very thankful that I joined this program. I have been desperately wanting to start a career in Real Estate. I was nervous to get started because it's been years since I had to study for a test. The program is set up to make it easy to memorize the new language of Real Estate. You simply must trust the process. I set a side a few hours a day and took the practice questions until I mastered the knowledge. Paula Jefferys was an amazing support. If I had any questions she answered them in a timely manner.
