I had to re-crop and edit majority of all photos as best I could as all the edits completely washed out our skin tone, the colors of the sky etc. I asked for the raws so I could just edit them myself from scratch and it's been 2 weeks and still haven't received them. Didn't remind us or inform to take phones/wallets out of pockets so those just look lovely in all our photos **sarcasm**.
