Disappointed. I went in yesterday for just the second or third time. He couldn't answer a single question because "I personally haven't tried it." It's kinda hard to sell something when you can't give the customer any feedback whatsoever. Well last night I went and there was a employee I've never seen before, I told him what I wanted and then walked to the register. I proceeded to type in my loyalty number he rang me up and told me the price. I questioned the price cause it was different than 2 days prior. He told me that it has been the price since he has been working there. 6 dollars more than normal. I paid and went on my way. All day today it bothered me, then once I opened my new vape it didn't even work. They do have a 24 hour return policy for things that don't work. (A plus) so when I returned there was a different employee there so I asked him how much are these vapes and he told me the price that I have always thought it has been I was overcharged by 6 dollars. What really made me upset is that when he handed me the return receipt it said 6 dollars less than what I originally paid! Bottom line this employee was shady for charging different prices to loyal customers! I guess it was his tip!! SMH I will still return and buy my items but I'll be very aware of my past experience and will NEVER buy anything if that particular employee is working the register.

Regardless of opinions…read more.. I stopped at this smoke shop to pick up a vape. I had been there before a few times before and had no issues. However, today I went in with my 3 year old, because it's illegal to leave a child unattended in a vehicle. ‍ When we got inside there was a girl behind the counter who was assisting me. She couldn't find what I was wanting. Boo. The owner walked in and my son got excited because he wanted to see their dog and ran over to where the dude walked through. I told my son to come back after being asked by the lady. He came back and she asked me to hold him, so I complied. While I was in the midst of that, the owner popped out and told me it was illegal for my son to be in there. I didn't respond within 3 seconds and he then says, "hello!" to me in annoyance. I ignored him, finished my conversation with the lady helping me, then left. As long as a minor is accompanied, it is NOT illegal. If kids aren't your preference, that's your prerogative. You have a right to refuse service to me, but don't spout false information. I guess I'll just add that I AM a single mom. I don't regularly have the chance to stop WITHOUT my kid(s), but thank you for that inconvenience.
