And that's when we were not in even in the house till evening. Rude behavior was exhibited when asked to complete jthe ob in timely manor and with quality, we were told "I have 30k job to start, yours is just 7k job, I am losing money with you guys". He came recommended through a friend, so on asking for a small discount for installing a water filter Grant, said your firend (who is a realtor) provides with with 80k job I will give her discount not you... His team took away our property... nuts and bolts for tv mount and ceiling fans which was predecided needs to be left behind, on asking where it is he tells its in my truck ( this was on Saturday) on Monday he says sorry I have already thrown it. On the day of last payment he took $25 cut only for throwing away from than 20+ ceiling bulbs and much more which was not his property. Didn't complete the entire work as listed in contract. Won't recommend his service to anyone. Plz choose wisely.. not because your friend recommended it. Frustrating experience.

This3:16 roofing came to my door all of sudden and said there is only one spot which shows inner white layer so we will cover that free of cost as a goodwill gesture and my husband said okay.The next day he sent two guys they were working for the whole day just using the tarp to cover whole roof with unnecessary ring nail spoiling the whole part of the roof.He nailed each and every shingles with that nail forcing literally to go for insurance to replace the whole roof costing more than 10 grand.There was a very cruel intention behind his good gesture. The repair of his doing costed me 4 times the cost of repair would have costed earlier.please take it as a lesson and don't let anyone to work on your roof of this 3:16 people anytime.

I have really nice 'molding' type baseboard and nothing wrong with it so no reason to pull it out except it would be easier on the installers. They were going to glue down the laminate - NOPE! even I know that you don't glue down laminate, it's a floating floor system. And so I went to Smitty's, who were wonderful! the installers were perfectionists, it looks beautiful, and the job was cheaper than Lowe's wanted. I couldn't be more pleased. I'll never go anywhere else for flooring and have rec'd them to all my friends and on NextDoor.
