Rude behavior was exhibited when asked to complete jthe ob in timely manor and with quality, we were told "I have 30k job to start, yours is just 7k job, I am losing money with you guys". He came recommended through a friend, so on asking for a small discount for installing a water filter Grant, said your firend (who is a realtor) provides with with 80k job I will give her discount not you... His team took away our property... nuts and bolts for tv mount and ceiling fans which was predecided needs to be left behind, on asking where it is he tells its in my truck ( this was on Saturday) on Monday he says sorry I have already thrown it. On the day of last payment he took $25 cut only for throwing away from than 20+ ceiling bulbs and much more which was not his property. Didn't complete the entire work as listed in contract. Won't recommend his service to anyone. Plz choose wisely.. not because your friend recommended it. Frustrating experience.

I did not know what I wanted or what to do 1st. He guided me through the entire process with absolute honesty and full explanation for each repair and options I had . He offered a price for the lowest possible on paint on up to other options going up in price from all over one color to trim base board in contrasting color and more . He did an excellent job priming first so that those bold colors were fully covered. The bathroom to kitchen cabinets sanded and painted so amazingly they look brand new! He replaced the old vanity tops all the fixtures , all the toilets , new tile in bathrooms, including pulling out a tub to make a shower instead in a small bathroom with in my small budget with unexpected issues in plumbing he went out of his way to make the step up from the enclosure we could not use to tile possible . New carpet all new light fixtures and fans , not to mention He took care of exterior repairs , window sealing to replacing garage doors . Remodeled the dinning room and closed off wall and built large pantry out of the butlers pantry . He does it all. If he can't . he know someone that can . I can't not emphasize enough how having one person take care of all of this made my life easier . He is trustworthy and stands by his work . He beat the price of two other companies and I'm thrilled with the quality of work . I have more work to do and I will be hiring David Lopez for sure ! THANKS DAVID .
