She had D in all 3 subjects and a C in Math. So in January of Jan/Feb of 2016 I enrolled her at Sylvan. I knew it made a huge difference from seeing how she was even reading complicated medical terms about a month and a half into the program. Yesterday she received an A-B Honor Roll for Semester 2!!! I am so grateful for Ms. Debbie for all her words of encouragement and also her teacher for staying in contact with Sylvan working as a team. What an excellent program! The first time I was understanding, They said there was a problem in their system that charged everyone and they had to refund tons of people. Now a second time is just unbelievable. This is not good business. I also want to say that I feel this place is way too overpriced for not being open on the weeekends and earlier than 2pm during the summer. You really only have the option to bring your kid here between 3pm-7pm. That doesn't give parents enough flexibility. The only good thing I can say is the tutors were always very nice and helpful towards my daughter. But would I recommend this place to other parents? Probably not.
