The receptionist is RUDE. No customer care training. Main reason why my family and I will not be returning to this office. Also, Doctors are great but they can never see us. The Doctors are great, but the wait time is always ridiculous. If your appointment is at 8:30 don't expect the doctor to see you anytime before 10:00. It's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone and if the pharmacy calls in for a refill, the message is never delivered to the doctors. read more

Dr. Kethineni is an amazing doctor. She's very thorough and takes time with her patients; very similar to the old school way of practicing medicine. Unfortunately her staff gives this clinic a bad name. The staff has horrible phone etiquette. I've been hung up on more than once. They behave like they they are doing you a favor by answering your call. The disorderly behaviors starts from the top down. Laura, the office manager, is extremely rude, condescending and difficult for no reason. The rest of the office staff tend to follow her lead. I've received better service and more respect visiting Chik-Fil-A! I work in healthcare myself, and would never treat or talk to a patient the way she does. This is why it's so important to hire the right people. You can do everything perfectly, and your staff can end up undermining all your efforts and driving clients away. read more

The Dr. messed up the procedure code for vitamin D costing me 336.50$ for 1 test that is part of the anual physical (they claim, check online after talking to my ensurence and vitamin D is not part of the anual physical), now I can't get her to correct her mistake because she does not care about her patients enough to like correct a single procedure code. Stay away from this clinic. Customer care is atrocious. read more

As I am writing this review, I am on hold for at least 15 min. I have been a patient here for over 2 years. Up to this point, everything including service has been excellent. However, for the past two weeks, I have not been able to get a simple issue resolved when my pharmacist has electronically contacted this business and no follow-up has been made (on the part of Epic Family Care). Every time I call this business I get a message stating that no one is available to take my call. I have left several messages without any callbacks. I called the Customer Experience Team at (888) 774-8428 to try to get a live person to resolve the issue and when I did, they state they need to put me on hold because "they have patients they have to service" before handling my case that has gone unresolved for at least two weeks. Am I not a patient? As of now. I will be officially transferring my records to another doctor's office that knows how to treat "it's patients." You will no longer get my business nor my money. read more

Wait is always crazy long - like hours! They NEVER call back with lab results. It's so hard to get anyone on the phone and when I do it's pointless. I cancelled an appointment one time 3 different ways (over phone with live person, then a text, then a "press 2 to cancel" automated phone call). After all that, I get a call saying that I missed my appointment. Ridiculous! Go somewhere else. read more

Worst doctor office ever. Understaffed. We've waiting over an hour to be called inside, and then more waiting for the doctor inside the room. They took the patient in who came after us first. There are many other doctors office you can go to without so much headache. We also tried to reach them on the phone before but they never pick up, and when you leave a voicemail for a call back, you never receive a call back. Word of advice, DO NOT COME HERE. read more

They make patients wait at least 30 minutes past scheduled appointment time. Friendly staff but time is a valuable asset!! Not pleasant.

I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars for the phone call I just had with the receptionist at Epic Family Care. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not want this employee representing my doctor's office when helping those that are ill. She clearly did not feel like being a work today, nor helping a new patient obtain any information. Also the polite thing to do when hanging up the phone after someone tells you well thank you bye, would be to at least say goodbye back! not ugh huh you are getting PAID to do your job so you may want to actually do it! I will obviously not be turning to any Epic Family Care after such a horrible treatment as a new customer. Also, your receptionist may want to find a better approach to telling future patients that zoc doc appointments get cancelled anyways as they only see so many patients a day. Gives zoc doc terrible representation as well. Sad because the GP had wonderful reviews, however her staff ruined the future experience. Will be sure to spread the word to those I know living in the area. read more

Terrible experience and follow up. I would not recommend Epic Family Care to anyone. All they care about is scheduling you for your next appointment and billing your insurance company. My previous doctor would have me come in for a follow up or call his nurse if his treatment was not working to discuss the next coarse of action. They can't even submitt the claims to the insurance company correctly. Read the other reviews and proceed with caution. read more

Horrible horrible horrible experience! Extremely poor management .Actually there is no practice manager at this location .When I asked who to contact beside the front desk receptionist I was told the manager is at cypress location and she is very busy because she has to manage all three locations . I have never seen her at Richmond location . Pathetic lab service . I was billed for my annual physical lab work which I never had to pay before . I called them and went their with the lab statements that I received a month later and find out their lab is not contracted with my insurance. I don't know why I was not informed earlier . Another Stupidest thing I went for my appointment saw my doctor asked for my lab results and after a week I got a call from their cypress clinic to setup appointment for my lab results to discuss with doctor I told them I have already seen my doctor but she kept insisting to set up appointment. I have four lab statements for non covered services for me and my daughter that was sent to me as a surprise and as many times I tried to contact the right person i failed .
