A week went by and nothing...so I got curious and emailed the lead agent that I had talked to, Elsa. Received no response for four days. I called them and was told to reach out to Elsa's assistant, so I did. Her assistant was very kind, and told me Elsa was busy but would get around to my email soon. But this never happened, and Elsa did not reply to me for another week. So I emailed her directly to follow-up. She responds and tells me she's been busy. Will get to me soon. Another week and some change goes by and still no response so I emailed Elsa again. No response. I received no response for three or four more days, and so I politely dropped them. Really unprofessional client service. They were very absent and unreachable. Unfortunately would not recommend.
