If I could leave 0 stars I would, this is all because of an employee at the Manteca, CA location…read morenamed Victoria. She is extremely inappropriate and just all around useless and disrespectful. My fiancé worked at a site under her supervision and she would act disgusting and inappropriate at all times. She told him she was looking for a "sugar daddy" after he showed up to work in a brand new expensive car. She would also make disgusting comments and because this behavior was not reciprocated she became very bitter and spiteful. While we have a newborn on the way and my fiancé is trying to work hard for his family, she was such a bitter female that she would find false reasons daily to scold him and wrote him up and constantly threaten that she could take his job away. She made up lies and excuses until he was taken off the job. After the situation she started working in the Manteca office again and anytime my fiancé would call or go in for something simple such as a simple statement on letterhead showing his last day worked at the job she refused to help, lying that it was "policy" that she could not do it yet also refusing to let him speak to ANYONE else at all and refused to give him the phone # to HR. I've heard from many other employees wives that she acted inappropriate with other male employees and also acted bitter when nobody would show her the attention she wanted. NOBODY SHOULD EVER HAVE THERE JOB THREATENED ESPECIALLY WHILE TRYING TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR FAMILY AT HOME BECAUSE OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT THE WORK PLACE! I have never until now seen an employee abuse there power, Until Victoria is no longer working for EPIC, I would not recommend this place at all!!

While they don't need to pay it out by law, you can use it beforehand and should. You earned it. If you inquire about it being paid out, they actually lie to you and say that it will be in a separate check after your last check. It was not, so beware. You do not need a reason or an emergency to use it as well, that is another lie they will tell you. They lie, and they practically steal from you, so use it or lose it. Why work for a company like that?

I told them up front, as well as discussed the issue with the end client. They both agreed that it was OK for me to finish the remaining 50 to 100 hours of work later (the next dollop of work would be 6 to 9 months in the future). A week after I started with Aerotek, they wrote me back and said I had to sign it. We went through the same dance. Then a week later they cam back and said I had to sign it (and I started looking for a different job). A week or two later I got a letter from one of their lawyers threatening termination and wage garnishment (to the tune of $15,000), and if I remember correctly refusing to modify the standard IP agreement to only cover work I was doing for the client (instead of anything I do or create while employeed there). I was lucky that before the clock ran out on the legal threats that I found another job. I gave my notice (offering either two weeks, or would accept immediate termination if they prefer) - citing them agreeing that I did not need to sign it, the client agency agreeing that I did not have to sign it, and the legal obligation I had to finish the other contract in about 6 months time. On top of all this, they only offered an hourly pay rate, *no* vacation time, *no* sick leave, *no* medical benefits, and they gave me hassles when needed to take time off for a doctor's appointment... Aerotek was by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for.
