I talked to staff they said nothing they can do they don't refund or start dryer even though I paid full amount and they got cameras and only one other customer here so should have a good view of everything. Also I checked with my other dryer adding one quarter adds 3 minutes so what there a five minute limit too. Because I added 13 quarters that's 39 minutes, not 5 ! So I had to repay and they wouldn't even give me a complaint form . Said they didn't have none. Also they mopped while I was here and did so poorly they a couple of big puddles I could have easily slept in. I am beyond pissed at this point. Also one dry should have been enough to dry my clothes my load was not overly big for the size of the dryer.
