I've…read moreencountered multiple problems with the staff inputting incorrect name and birthdays (even though I had given them my drivers license for spelling so they'd know they got it right, it took almost a full month of correcting them to get it right, making checking in complicated). You can't expect to just walk in and start tanning either, chances are good you're gonna have to wait a while. My main issue, though, is that I've been trying to cancel my membership for TWO MONTHS NOW, I've gone in and filled out a form about half way through last month and today I check my account and there's another $75 taken out even though they said it'd be cancelled by then. I've wasted hundreds at this business, just be careful and pray you get one of the competent staff members if you decide to go.

The new employees seem to all be family; a young girl and her boyfriend plus what seemed to be one of their mother's working. They would always have the girl's very young daughter wandering around the tanning salon with a bottle or sippie cup while they were working. I don't find that professional at all and no longer trust the cleanliness of Bella Soleil at all. It is also overpriced, but I used to feel the atmosphere made it worth the price. That is no longer true so I found a different tanning salon. Very sad...

​So I went to get more money because the large dryer did not fully dry my cloths. I checked it at…read morethe end of cycle and left. Came back and added $3.25 and it added 5 minutes. What ?!?! I talked to staff they said nothing they can do they don't refund or start dryer even though I paid full amount and they got cameras and only one other customer here so should have a good view of everything. Also I checked with my other dryer adding one quarter adds 3 minutes so what there a five minute limit too. Because I added 13 quarters that's 39 minutes, not 5 ! So I had to repay and they wouldn't even give me a complaint form . Said they didn't have none. Also they mopped while I was here and did so poorly they a couple of big puddles I could have easily slept in. I am beyond pissed at this point. Also one dry should have been enough to dry my clothes my load was not overly big for the size of the dryer.
