This company could really use some customer service grooming. I communicated several times with…read morethem to make arrangements for my upcoming wedding. I confirmed all information requested in our correspondences. At some point, there was a mistake made, by the company, with the pick up address for my event. I emailed back requesting the correction be made and the quoted price be included. I was sent two additional incorrect and incomplete confirmations where neither the address was corrected or the price included. I then requested someone contact me to apparently an unmonitored email account. Eventually, I sent a cancellation request stating I had provided the correct information and requested someone contact me but continued to receive incorrect confirmations. The company responded, nastily, stating I emailed an unmonitored account and could have called them myself since their number was included. I responded clarifying the facts and thanking them for the cancellation. I received another reply from the company further clarifying the conversation and telling me to have a nice life. I informed them the back and forth was inappropriate and immature and was glad business had been cancelled. The company then responded again to which they received no response. I've never seen or experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. I simply wanted to ensure my pickup information and quoted price be captured correctly and the company was unable to do that. Ultimately, it made me feel uncomfortable trusting them with my wedding transportation needs. I would not recommend doing business with At Your Service Limousine off Roswell Rd in Atlanta, GA.

I didn't receive any order confirmation until I reached out 4 hours after booking. It seems like it is a 1 person ran company. Which was ok I support small businesses. I was told the driver would call by 7pm. I received a text from him at 11pm. I texted back at 7:30am saying I'm was looking forward to the pickup at 9:30am. My flight land 15 minutes early I received a text since I was early the company didn't want me to wait so another driver was there waiting for me. After exiting the airport I called the driver. He was sitting in a black mini van. Did not exit to help with my bags. Once inside 15 minutes into the ride he turned off the ac and it was 98 degrees outside and he had the windows closed. After 10 minutes I turned on the rear seat air 5 minutes later he turned it off. That was when I realized he was nodding off. I had to call a friend and talk to keep him awake his eyes were blood shot red. He had on a white long sleeve polo with black track pants. His sleepiness became worse to where I had to yell hey into the phone to alert him. Thankfully we made it to the hotel safely. When exiting the vehicle I had my bag by my feet. I noticed he had an ant infestation. I looked up front this man had on no shoes or socks. I retrieved my bag from the back and thank God I wasn't harmed. Since I am a female when I travel alone I reserve a black car instead of Uber. Due to more safety. In this case it was worse and a waste away. The car wasn't a black car, he wasn't dressed properly, he couldn't stay awake. Please stay away from the company. Edited: No reason for me to lie on your company.
