Its almost like saying bad and bad or worse and worse...It doesn't make sense!!!! The tip of the iceberg was reached when my fiances flight was cancelled and this travel agent never advising us about it. Thankfully, she helped us find him a new trip but with an attitude at that. I do not appreciate that at all. Somehow we were blamed for not calling the airline to check if the fight was on. Well we did - the evening prior to departure and the booking was nowhere to be found. So - please stop blaming us for not checking and just get it done. Customer service means to suck it up and fix the problem. Unfortunately my fiance never made it to the same flight and had to take a flight 4 hours later. Unacceptable but I cannot change the past.. I know what I can change about the future though and that is not using this travel agency anymore.

Our driver was friendly but it was extremely disappointing when after paying for this limo company that their logistic manager booked our appointment too close with the next appointment. Our driver had to fly home (which was not completely his fault since he was booked too closely by the company) and then we were dropped off in the middle of a shopping center at the wrong exit since he did not have time to make it back to our original location. We were dropped off in this random parking lot with all of our bags and had to call an uber car to come pick us up and pay another $100 to make it home. The best part was after tipping a generous tip...he said thank you and we will take care you next time. There will not be a next time, and I hope that no one has to experience that a first time. I called the company to complain and still have not received a call back. I have never been one to put up negative reviews but this was just customer service at the worst.

Initially Koren Airlines refused to cancel/extend or even consider making any change to our tickets. After Mr. Kurian talked to them personally, they agreed to honor our amount for travel within one year. The ticket amount was crdited to our travel in 2015. We had a very complicated itenarary going to India, Thailand and Seoul. They not only managed to get all the stops and sightseeing trips arranged, we got right type of meals, seats of our choice, limo driver company name and contact number who was exceptionally polite and waited for our arrival at the airport with our name card, hotel bookings etc...etc. I have no qualms in saying they are one of h best travel agency. They have helped our friends as well with complex bookings and stays. Tip: Give them a flexible date of travel wayyyyyyy in advance. They may even be able to save you a few$$$$. (Our past trip was booked 8 months in advance -- AIT managed to get us business class seats via Qatar airways for a very reasonable price. Once agin this trip was also really great............... She booked us a car service from the train station in Rome when our hotel was two minute walk away. She booked us on a one hour connection through Amsterdam which is absolutely impossible to make. She had us on an 8 AM train while we were on vacation! To get us there by noon when the hotel would not be ready. The hotels were barely adequate, and we had to have her change one because it was on the complete opposite of side of town that we wanted to be on and had told her previously. I would never ever ever use her again or recommend her to anyone.
