Suddenly- wizard of oz comes from behind curtain demanding to have "her" artist return to the lair. This demand was authoritative, demanding and inappropriate given that I was talking with the artist. I advised the manager of such and received a directive to leave her store and take my business elsewhere. Having already paid for my ( Republican) shirts- the air deteriorated rapidly. I needed my money back ... but manager called police saying I was trespassing and she didn't want my business. ( finances uncertain and threatening cops I left her know she was certainly behaving like an itch ( for no reason for a customer simply talking to her staff - about my product order -and design needs - iron about boundaries (omg) . I left went to Trophy House making same order- without issue and after calling bank to assure account not charged. stunned . Yet not surprised as my shirt was for military dependents/family who had experienced foreign /domestic borders from the deployments of their service members... with appreciation for our service members going to these borders for our country. Too much for a business trying to earn a living from the military. My dad - an original airborne parachute trooper - 509th airborne ( verifiable) was applauded by the power and control tantrum of this manager . If she is the owner she should close her business. She calls and ask for them to take it back since it was upcharge 50 dollars plus it was never opened. The owner even made the comment they have to upcharge because they are a small business. And due to Covid she can not get a refund but she can get store credit. 1st off, if you plan to give someone store credit you are taking the item back. 2nd why not just refund the item since either way you are taking it back. Everyone be careful with this place make sure you know the refund policy and how much an item is before you purchase from here. Greed behind a dollar is something that Karma will get you for. Just a teacher that has had enough of people taking advantage of someone.

The young lady that helped me took time to explain how to care for the items I was purchasing and assured me that she would special order any item that I needed if they didn't have them in stock. Everyone was very friendly. It's nice to find a place that gives customers their time and attention. Good service is worth a lot when you are elderly. I certainly will go back the next time I need special medical supplies.

When I told her what I wanted, which is the same thing I have gotten done two times before at this location, she told me no, that's too much to put on here. I have literally gotten the exact same thing done twice before with no problems. I then spoke with her supervisor who excused this severe lack of customer service by saying that's how she talks to everyone. When I am spending close to $200 on a gift from my company to a Veteran, I at least expect common courtesy and decent customer service. Never again.

Longstory short, I had them put a custom PC rig together for me because I was struggling to do it myself (lol). During the waiting period, I was given a 3 day notice to prep for a 30 day field problem. Monster Computers did me a solid and worked on my PC while i was out in the field (as opposed to making me hold the parts and doing it upon return) so I could enjoy it once I was back. During this time, there were a few complications with broken parts I bought. I had very limited communication with them due to bad signal/being in the field, but for the small amount that I had, they helped out by returning the parts for me and using new ones i ordered to their location. They did absolutely everything they possible could to make sure that my computer was built and ready to go ASAP, giving me an impressive and stress free experience. Plus the dude there who worked on my PC was hella cool And on top of it all, they charged a very fair price for all the work they had done for me 5/5, would highly recommend, great business
