Late delivery and "customer service" just argued with their turnaround eta which they were still late on! Absolutely useless.

Their website is not user friendly. Things that should be easy to do are difficult. They are never available online or on their customer service line. I have required help in the past and was made to feel I was getting a big favour. They are not willing to help and help is pulling teeth. They have to understand it's a competitive business and I'll be happy to find another printer who appreciates their customers. read more

This company is the absolute worst. We ordered from them a couple years ago which a helpful customer service agent adjusted and sent to us for future use due to an orientation issue. Their customer service has clearly since declined. We used that same file - again, created by them and printed correctly in 2016 - and the orientation was printed incorrectly. Customer service was less than helpful - after weeks of back and forth they offered a store credit, and then took another two weeks to verify the file was okay to print after corrected. We had to send them a video explaining how we wanted the folded card to open before they understood! After all that, they confirmed the file would be oriented correctly. I submitted the order...and received an email saying the size was wrong. After WEEKS of back and forth. Customer service helpfully let me know that when they said the file was okay to print they meant the orientation. They never thought to mention the size was wrong. This is a file that was just flipped for orientation - the size was never adjusted from the first order, nor the incorrect order last month that started this debacle. I just gave up and abandoned the store credit. Save your money, go elsewhere - I will never get back the time wasted on this order. read more

We ordered brochures, large format, print both sides. The print job was received with the front and back reversed. I will say, it was our fault for not checking how it was to be laid out, the information is on their website instructing as such, however, it would be nice to have someone check in advance of printing. Good product, make ABSOLUTELY certain you have all the details of the job laid out, ask them questions if you are not sure. read more

I received an order that had print/toner marks on each print. I filed a claim and they reprinted the order. It came back with similar marks. I contacted again and asked if perhaps their machine couldn't handle the colour and if so I could adjust the colour to accommodate. They told me they had to use the original file and sent it for another reprint. Once again it showed up with similar marks. I don't know why they would choose to send it out to me if the same problems existed. I then asked for a refund. They told me that they would refund the printing but that I would have to pay to ship the all of the prints back at 3x the weight of the original order. They are making me pay me for their own machine not being able to fulfill their order. EDIT: after a long back and forth they offered me the shipping cost store credit for future orders. I declined because I won't be using them again. I've since gotten the order printed by a different print house with no issue. I ordered 25 tri-fold flyers* from Eprintfast and the quality was good and professional. So I decided to order 500 more. This time the quality was mediocre. It seems that these brochures were printed with a lower quality option than the first ones (such as incorrect colors, darker contrasts and grainy printout). When I asked customer support to reprint them they told me that "order was printed as supplied within tolerance". Well if the colors on the flyers are supposed to be light orange and light blue and you get instead orange brique and a grey blue I think it is legitimate to complain. One of the character with light skin color appears almost black skin on the pictures without mentioning it is slightly pixelated. They close the case while I was asking to talk with a manager. I have years of experience in customer service and I can tell you this is bad customer service. If something goes wrong with your order do not expect good customer service from Eprintfast because there is not any. *The brochures I have submitted to Eprintfast are designed by professional designer with 300 dpi pictures and are converted in CMYK colors read more

I have ordered several times with eprintfast before and have always been happy with the end product. Not this time. If I could have chosen 0 stars, I would have! When I called to see if there was anything to be done, the customer service rep immediately knew that I had printed on the Enviro stock before I had even said so and told me what to do to show them how bad it was. Clearly this wasn't the first time he'd had a call about this issue. The photo used was not very sharp. Customer service told me it is because of the paper stock I chose. The color is also not very rich. It looks like it was printed in draft on my home computer. Customer service said there isn't really any way of knowing for sure what the final outcome will be in terms of color densities, so I'm out of luck there too. The color on the back of the business cards is very faded. It came out a seafoam green when it was supposed to be a bright turquoise. On this, customer service said it was "within color tolerance." To compensate me, they offered a 25% credit, but only for a future order, not as a refund. This really isn't acceptable. I will be reordering the cards from another company and eprintfast has lost me as a customer for good. read more

Not only are their prices the BEST in all of Canada, their speed and efficiency is excellent, so is the product quality! Choose a higher freight rate and you can receive your order all the way in BC., in just 1 day.....and still far cheaper than local printshops! As a paying customer, you are left with no recourse if they dont print your items correctly, regardless if you sent them a file within their outlines guidelines. Unfortunately, this company's idea of customer service for customers with issues is to make them jump through hoops until they go away. My business cards had issues. if I could give these people zero stars, I would. The quality of their prints are not very good at all. You know the best part? Photos of their terrible print job isnt enough. They want you to pay to send samples back. So I paid $20 in priority mail to send a few samples of the WRONG color print, and they emailed me back saying that it was "within tolerance" I said I want to send the whole package back please and get my $120 back I paid (plus another 20) because this is terrible quality. I was told that I had to send it back at my own expense which is $50 at the cheapest. This company does not care about customer quality, customer service or product quality. This company used to be great. I used them for large orders several times a year for 4-5 years and then the management changed and i have had nothing but bad experiences since. most recently - now in fact, i am in business day #7 (they estimate 4-5 business days) and my order still says processing. My order missed the event for which they were made - and customer service has been nothing short of RUDE. I miss the old days when my order arrived on time and the people were curteous. Oh...on a previous order they even asked that i eliminate borders on a calendar (i had left bleed space, cut lines and a 1/4" border) "in case they cut it crooked, and if they do and my border is ruined, it'll be my fault not theirs" Well...i guess the new management has decided that you get what you pay for, no more, and possible less. read more

I've found them hit and miss for quality. My art calendars looked great, but both my business cards and postcards were really dark. Having worked in the printing business for many years, I'm pretty sure the issue was not my files. The price was great, delivery was fast, but I wasn't satisfied with the final product. read more
