Do not hire them to secure your location, they dont handle calls well, we did nothing wrong and shouldn't have been treated like we were. When I came out to my car, there was a PHD Security "Officer" parked behind my car. He asked if the car he was parked behind was my car. I replied affirmative. I mentioned that I was a loyal Akin's Natural Foods customer and was normally at the store most days. He then threatened to place a parking boot on my car. I tried to reason with the man but he continued his threats of putting a parking boot on my car. I finally cut off the conversation, got in my car and left. I've made the unfortunate decision to stop shopping at Fontana Shopping Center for any reason due to these rent-a-cops threating to boot, steal or extort Fontana customers.

Even if the probability is slim, I was slightly scared someone had found it and had access. This was the first time I used Yelp's projects feature and I was impressed by how easy to use it is. It suggested two locksmiths. It seems like they're able to set up auto responses because it requested a quote over the weekend and I didn't expect to get a reply. I did immediately. Once I expanded on what I needed, one business clarified pricing details. I used that quote as a reference and called Midnight Run Services Monday morning. I'm glad I called because they explained the difference between replacing the locks with a new key and replacing the hardware completely. I thought it had to be the latter if I wanted a new brand new key, which I learned was not the case. It ended up being much more affordable. They gave me an hour timeframe when they'd come by. The service was extremely prompt and fast. It maybe took them 15 minutes to do it all. Electronic payments are accepted, so the whole thing was less painful than I had anticipated and now I have peace of mind as well. Highly recommend!

It requires a 30 day notice! So you end up paying an extra monthly monitoring fee - it's like a $43.50 tip for average service at best. I would not label them as Tulsa MOST TRUSTED security company. If there is NO contract why can't you end service when you want to end service??? Needless to say- they are NOT the security choice at the new home.
