We had a residential lockout during regular business hours. The operators answered quickly and a…read morelocksmith was at our home within 20 minutes. After he got us in, he charged us $225, which we thought was ridiculous as it was not after hours and wasn't even the deadbolt lock, but the front door handle. I called the operator and explained the situation and asked if we had been charged appropriately. Around 6 PM, the manager left me a voicemail saying she will try to reach me again the next day at noon. After not hearing from them I called around 1:00 PM and a very friendly operator answered the phone and let me know they'd issue a $75 refund bringing our total to $150. It's still pretty steep, but it was very nice of them to refund us and provide pretty good customer service. I don't think I'd use them again due to their pricing, but if you need a very fast locksmith, they definitely can provide service quickly.

Finally my husband tried this place. After making the phone call, they were at my house in about 20 min. Lonnie, the locksmith, assessed all the locks and said it would be hard to pick them, so he asked me to take a pic of my house key and send him the photo. He was able to duplicate the key based on the photo. I'm amazed and impressed. Lonnie is a master of his trade.
