I have to concur entirely with the other negative review here. These guys are extremely unprofessional. I am even considering changing insurers over this, as NRMA doesn't seem to want to get involved, in spite of me only using Epsom because they are an NRMA preferred supplier. It is truly infuriating that I am made to feel like everyone did me a favour for repairing my car, although I actually paid for it. It took them 11 working days to finish my car, in spite of their initial estimate of 7 working days, which seemed excessive in itself. They also failed to give any reasonable explanations as to why there was a delay, offer an apology or keep me informed of new timeframes as they evolved. Finally, when they "completed" the job and handed over my car, it was sent off missing badges and with overspray on the bumper, which I only realised after I got in daylight the next morning. When I phoned them to ask them why they hadn't actually finished the job, they said they were waiting for the badges, which had since arrived and that I could come back anytime for them to finish the job. Again, no apology, only a meek admission that they should have informed me that the car wasn't in fact finished and that they should've told me I'd need to bring it back when I collected it. Their receipt also didn't detail anything done to the car, only that an excess was paid, NRMA has also failed to provide me this information.
