Eugene is great at communicating with me to find out exactly where the issues are (they tend to move and shift and change a bit week-to-week), and targeting them directly. Whether it be adjusting something new or maintaining the ongoing work, Eugene is on top of it. And although I've had some previous PT, the level of attentiveness that Margo shows when working on the actual exercise routine is beyond what I've had in the past. Margo makes the difficult stuff tolerable, she is solid in her knowledge of what needs to be accomplished, and she has always seemed like a champion of my progress. On top of all that, the office staff is super friendly and helpful, I can't even guess how many times Joanna has helped me with scheduling or billing or providing me with paperwork my insurance company requests. If you need Physical Therapy in Ventura, look no further, Two Trees is the place.

None of this initial paperwork, "see you next time" nonsense. Marc dedicated every ounce of his attention to Kyle, pushed Kyle (in a good way) to work hard and to challenge himself in therapy. Marc was intuitive, creative, and continuously found opportunity to maximize the value of our session. If we could see him every day, we would. Looking forward to our next appointment and to working with Marc as long as we need him! ‍

Had to make my way home with no car from Ventura, Ca to Los Angeles... in the middle of the night, approx 3 hours from home.. Very bad situation. I call every few months and still haven't gotten my money back, it has been 7 months. I am a very physically disabled person currently approaching major back surgery, and really need this money back. Pax seemed nice, and I gave him the money, but as soon as he went home I was left to deal with staff members who were not less than savage, as they kept my money. I have called 12 times, have logged all of the calls, never a call back. They don't seem like compassionate people to be in the business of helping others. Atleast this was my experience

Hands down the best communication & respect I've received to help me on my journey. I leave next Friday which in turn will be 30 days reset for me. This is my first experience ever in any rehabilitation center. I am glad I can in when I did. I've met some great people here along my journey to support my decision to enroll here. If you're thinking about coming here and can. Do it. You won't retreat it. Top notch care & the food is above average & always fresh. Thank you Logan & staff for being a part of my journey. All the therapist are top line. Jake the gym trainer, the best. Super sweet gentleman. From the services they offer to the nurses. Top line. Not to mention for being form East LA native Mexican-America Chicano, I was treated with Class & respect. All walks of life come here that I lived with for 30 days. It is incredible work. We tend to hold tension and pain from our daily routines and lifestyles and even postures, we carry our childhood traumas in our bodies and we even not aware of it. Kathy is super intuitive, she knows and feels what required attention and focus on that specific area of the body. This type of work goes beyond physical body. My strong recommendation- come with an open mind. Because Kathy's work will target what you need at that moment the most. I had experienced release, tears and joy. Thank you Kathy!!!!

She loves what she does, and is a complete master of it. She's also highly intuitive, which is very important in this kind of work, especially if you want your body/being to be treated as the unique, small universe that it is. She has a very warm and inviting treatment room, and does everything in her power to make sure that you're comfortable in every way. Lastly, she has a very pleasant, easy-going, and down to earth personality, which is so comforting and reassuring when you're coming in with any pain or stress. After my first session with Kathy, I was relieved of some nagging low back pain and tightness that had been bothering me for a while. I also noticed more ease and spaciousness in my lower body. Following my second and third sessions, I saw significant improvement in a trigger finger (repetitive motion injury) on my left hand that I've had for over a year, and even MORE ease and spaciousness in my lower body. I'm looking forward to more sessions with her to work on some chronic shoulder issues, and will be highly recommending her to friends!
