I used this company for my first home purchase, well condo. We closed two weeks before the date we were supposed to, the fees came in lower and they basically held my hand (which I really needed) throughout the process. They explained all the numbers (and there were a lot of them) and gave me a loan with no PMI even though I only put 5% down.
