The customer service at this bank is a joke. Every time you call, you are transferred to the Wichita bank because nobody will pick up at the independence location. They will try to transfer your call to the independence bank, and no one will pick up. they take your phone number and email the independence bank so they can call you back later. When you do get someone they don't know what they are doing and say they will call you back. If they call you back they often don't follow up with what they say they're going to do. I was trying to cash in a CD, living out of town and not being able to get there, they said they would email me a DocuSign form for me to sign to get the money. it's been two days and I still don't have that document. I'm glad to be closing my account. read more
