Wow, what a great place! Sign said "four minutes wait time" and it was really NO minutes. We got right in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Got seen right away. This was an injury that required and xray, and thanks to a mobile state of the art machine, it was done right in the room. I highly recommend this ER. First off, don't need an ER. They are expensive and just not fun. This ER is new, bright, shinny, expensive. Also only staff with 2 nurses and a doctor. They have more administration people than health care workers. If they need aome tests runs (ultra sound for example) you have to wait for the staff to drive up from the hospital. It's clean. The nurses great. The administration staff polite and helpful. The doctor that was on when I was there, mah. I would go to SMH if you know you need a lot of tests or xrays. Good experience all in all that should be avoided for health reasons. read more

This is the best ER I have been to. Everyone is friendly and you can tell they really care for you. They also work diligently to transfer you to the main campus when you need to get admitted. I would personally like to thank my nurses Gina and Lexie and charge nurse Lizzy for making me feel at ease, truly caring for my wellbeing and comfort, and making sure I was fed. The staff at this ER were so wonderful and professional. You don't feel as if you're a number or body just being treated without compassion. Dr. Veenema was very calming and helpful with his diagnosis and care. Rick, the RN was amazing. He listened to you and kept you in the loop as to what and when things were going to happen. Linda in radiology was informative and again, compassionate and made sure you were comfortable. After another ER experience in LWR, I would never go to another ER other than Fruitville. They are a top notch facility and quick to help when you need it the most. read more

This ER is a new, state of the art facility. It is run by caring, efficient professionals. We visited twice there i. The past three weeks. There has been no wait, they took us in immediately, the Dr. Came in to see us in a few minutes after our arrival. He ordered the necessary tests and we were in and out as soon as the radiologist read them. Today, for my bf, he recommended an orthopedic doctor after diagnossng the problem and we were out in less than twenty minutes. We highly recommend!! read more

I was at the Fruitville ER with my daughter because her toe was very red and hurting. A doctor, just looked, did no exam, didn't touch and concluded that it was an ingrown toenail. For this only 5 minute "looking exam" he prescribed an antibiotic, told us to put it in hot water and charged us over a thousand dollars. read more
