After talking to multiple tenants, it seems that the property in Sioux Falls has fallen through the hands of about four owners, until Granite Peak picked it up. According to the same tenants they have run it down to the ground, compared to other owners. As they and their entire staff are lazy, they choose to let a mentally ill and unstable woman within the unit named Bernie, run the unit and relay information back to them so they don't have to do much work or step foot in the property. If you are being ripped off by this company, my suggestion is you seek legal counsel in the form of small claims court.
