The deck they put on as part of their deal was angled. Base bords were not straight and there were drafts. Heating and cooling sucks every thing gets pumped though the 4 upstairs rooms. Basement door didnt latch they fixed it but still not secure. Missing a window screen. Toilet not secured to floor prompted up on wood. No insulation in the panel for the water shut off valve and instead filled with trash from builders. We moved in 2022 and have noticed more and more. I don't mind the house but the lack of detail control sucked including yardscaping
