I then found out the inspection company they used was related to Lemoine. This was not disclosed to me, and I do wish it had been because in general I probably wouldn't have used them then. Now that we are having issues with this inspection company who I believe missed very important and easy to find things that thankfully are covered in our warranty or that our builder agreed to fix (example: missing drip edge, missing caulk), I am disappointed in the Lemoine team for referring me to a business that conducts themselves in the manner I believe this inspection team is doing. Therefore, I can not recommend the Lemoine team for referring me to this inspection company and certainly not if they continue to associate with tthe inspection company.

So she has broken the ethics rules set by the Ga. real estate ethics review And professional standards board. And I will be filing a complaint to have this company reviewed and audited by the Ga. Real estate ethics review and professional standards board. And if possible bring suit against them for breach of contract. Don't use this company because they do shady back door deals that defeats the normal home buyer and instead have investors buy the properties that the buyers are looking for.
