Honestly because I am busy with work and family, I appreciated the text because this is the best way and most convenient way to contact me during the week. He asked me about my project and was able to bring up the lay out of my backyard on google earth. He sent pictures of different concreting ideas which were really helpful to determine what I was looking for. We are very happy with our new fence! We needed a pretty substantial length of 77' which we were sharing with 2 neighbors. I appreciated that this company would bill the neighbors separately. Their quote was on the inexpensive side of the 3 I got. They did take 8 or 9 weeks to get us an appointment but I think that is due to building materials being hard to get post covid. They had a crew of 7 guys right at 8am. They dismantled and hauled out the old fence in less than an hour and had it built and cleaned up by 5pm.
