We are extremely happy with our new fence by 707. They replaced our entire fence line from to back and the gate on our corner lot. The entire crew was professional and respectful of our needs around keeping our dogs corralled. The entire project was finished in four days and the project looks great. The construction heart redwood is absolutely gorgeous compared to the cedar junk the developer had installed. That hunk of cheap junk only lasted 8 years, this fence looks like it may just outlive me! We went ahead and sealed it with clear Penofin red label because the wood was so pretty we didn't want to mask it. These folks are great hard working and very good at what they do. Alex and his team built our new fence about 4-5 years ago. It was a big deal since we had five different neighbors that we all had to share the fence with. We were very pleased with the result. So last week one of the gate hinge pin broke and I was going to replace it but had a difficult time finding the right one. So I called Alex. He said no problem, they have them and he ran someone over with it right away. So all i had to do was unscrew the old one and put on the new hinge with the gate still in place. Without my request they dug the post holes more then deep enough and they used stainless staples for the redwood fence boards. After being terrorized by deer with our old patchwork wire and plastic mesh fences in the back we called 707 Fence to replace that with a heavy wire deer and rabbit fence all along the backyard line. The terrain was somewhat difficult with trees, bushes and many large rocks making for an uneven fence run. The team did great putting in large 4x4 posts and metal t-posts with the new fence and filling in all the gaps. The fence looks great and very functional. I didn't do a thing with nails except I tried to cover them And as far as the check -- I paid you on time just as I said I would because I wanted the wood paid for and the check got lost in the mail and when I found out I immediately had the bank send you a new check. I called 707 Fence at 4:00 p.m. on a Tuesday to request someone to come out to look at a gate repair. I received a call back within 1 hour from Jen, and was able to schedule something for the next day. I then decided that the next day would not work, and called back after hours and left a message to contact me. Alex then called me around 7:00 p.m., and we scheduled something for 2 days out. Alex was polite, accommodating, and worked around my schedule. The tenants of the rental property where the gate is located contacted me about 7:30 p.m. and said the gate was working fine and no one needed to come out. I immediately texted Alex to to cancel our agreed upon time and to thank him for his time and told him I would definitely be using him in the future, since I have seven rental properties and would definitely need a highly skilled fence builder in the future.
